Dear Sir,
I have abooking with Indigo airlines on above PNR number.I have the flight at 12.30hrs 7 I received sms regarding my flight deparature warning & trveling feed back at night12 .10 AM When I contacted the Goibibo number [protected] one mr. subham told me that your flight already departed & now 12.39AmM which made me more panic .My blood pressure increased &my mental tension increased more.When I asked his details he refused to give any thing where as i shared my all details.
My complains are;-
1)Why Indigo send SMS at midnight to confuse the time?
2) Why the person of Goibibo has given me wrong information?
3)Why acall center man/woman has not sharing their details ?
4)Who wil be penalised for all these irresponssible acts?
5)In India where is the rule that call centre man/woman will not share their personal details where as I/we being coustomer sharing every thing?
5)Has Indian govt no rule to penalise these bogous call centre peoplewho are giving wrong information leads to sudden heart attackor death of a person?
6)Now it is mandetory all airlines reservation should come under some govt regulations.
Please take appropriate action as per the law ti penalise all these irresponssible person
