Dear IndusInd Bank, Your representative showed me false scheme of the ICONIA Credit Card (2 Cards - Amex and Visa). They showed numerous benefits of the card including the below 2 top benefits : i) Book 2 free movie tickets on Bookmyshow per card per month. This makes 4 movie tickets per month for free. But I am not able to book any tickets anytime under this scheme although I have tried 100s of times but in vain. ii) 2 Free Flight Tickets for travel anywhere across India. Only I will be charged for the taxes. No terms and conditions were mentioned for this. When I try to book any tickets with the promotional codes given I get error that "No seats are available under this scheme". This also I have tried numerous number of times but with no gain. I tried to complain to the following but with no response : i) To the Customer Care representatives on Phone but no response. ii) To the Person who booked my Card (Mukesh) but with response. iii) To the booking personnels Manager (Kanchan) but with no response. I have paid 6000 INR for 2 cards not to get "NO BENEFITS". All banks offer cards for free but I went for this card due to these schemes. I want my cards cancelled and return my joining fees.     Dear Sir, My Saving Account No. 0085-P64971 001 has debited Rs 10, 000=00 (Ten thousand rupees only) toward an DCB bank ATM at Vapi Railway Station.Instead of 20 Nos of Rs 500=00. I had get just 19= Rs 500=00 and 1No=100=00. I had cash withdrawel money at 6-Sep-2014 at 05:19:52 PM AT DCB ATM at Vapi Railway Station.     Dear Sir, My yes bank Salary Account No. [protected] has debited Rs 10, 000=00 (Ten thousand rupees only) toward an induslnd atm at Rohini sector 7. .Instead of 10 Nos . I had get just 8= Rs 1000=00 and 2No=500=00. I had cash withdrawel money at 6-apr-2015 at 20:15 PM AT indusind atm at Rohini sector 7. Thus I had got Rs 1000=00 less at Cash withdrawel please take necessary action. I was done three transaction this issue my second transcation. plz sort out as soon as possible. I request if i can be shown the fotage.

      Dear Concern

      We are villagers and every single money which we keep in our bank is earned with our blood. Our 2 family has A/c with your IndusInd Bank. The A/c numbers are ********************************************** and many more. We have also taken many investment product like Insurance mutual fund health policy. When we were having fund in the account then all of you were treating us a VVIP and now no one is entertaining us at the branch.
      I have taken one policy of Rs 1.25 lakhs in my name and 1 lakh in the name of my wife NISHA . After long followup from the branch I have not received the policy taken in the name of my wife Nisha. Everytime when i visit branch, i was told that we have taken your request and will arrange for delivery of the policy. And after 6 month when the not got delivered then i requested IndusInd Bank Rohini branch to cancel the policy. they told me that sir... apko tension lene ki koi zarurat nahi hum khud kara denge. But few days back when I received call for premium paymnet, i got shocked and surprised that why the policy has not been cancelled. Then i approached AVIVA office at model town and requested them to cancel my policy.

      Post that the ill treatment got started. Plz tell me... m i a bonded labour of your bank or company. I have received almost 20 calls from you people that ki sir kyun cancel karana chah rahe ho.. I said ki ab mujhe koi interst nahi hai. plz cancel kar dijiye. on 30th Aug I received call from one sir, he asked me why you want to cancel the policy. I told him that since i have not received my policy after long follow up from you so i dont want to continue and so cancel it and return my hard earned money. He said ki sir koi baat nahi. Agar koi phone aaye to keh dena ki IndusInd se 2 log aaye the milane.

      Now today i have received a letter from AViva that my policy cancellation request has been dishonoured. And I have received the policy. Sir this is false, i have not received any policy. You plz retrun my whole money.

      plz return my whole money... If i am not getting my money in 10 days then i will go to court and file police complaint against this froud.
      And I also request you to cancel my policy as well because since my second policy documents was not received i stopped paying premium for my first policy held in my name only.

      plz listen to a poor person like me and return my money.

        i am a customer of indusind bank ropar punjab branch from last more than 05 years we have financied more than 06 vehicle from indusind bank & we have got 03 noc & 03 loan is running but first time we have not received a receipt from this bank. indusind bank collection executive has come in my home on 21/08/2014 but we have not at home he has asked me to payment we have arrange the payment from one of my good friend and give us 80000 eighty thousand rupees in cash on 21/08/2014 and our friend has asked for receipt but collection executive has not give us receipt so please check where is my payment he has not deposit the payment in my loan no pcr00155d. so please check and take a proper action from these collection executive. harmeet singh [protected]

          Good day,

          Iam a resident of Pitampura, Delhi and have been using Indusind ATM outside my home from some time. On Saturday, i have used the ATM at 6:25 P.M( I HAVE RECIPT) but have made a mistake to forget my Car Music system on top of ATM Machine. On realising my mistake, i went back to ATM to check with the ATM guard but saw him consuming alcohol sitting outside the ATM in working hours.
          Although it was my mistake to forget but i request if i can be shown the fotage of just 1 hour as i am very sure that its the guard who have sold it for his alcohol.
          Asking for your help for me to take an action against that guard or then i will have to take an action with the resident association against the guard.
          Your help will be greatly appreciated and hope the company will not decline my request.

              I have a signature card when given it was not mentioned that in official site of pvr you will get free ticket offer only for some time. Book my show does offer but most of the time while applying it says it's exhausted. This has never happened in pvr site. I have paid 10000 only for this feature of yours. I request you to kindly get it added in the pvr site.

                In ref. To s.B. A/c, i, am coustomer since 1992, continously runnning my a/c with your esteemed bank. Sir, in 1992, when i posted and transfered at jodhpur in lifie insurance branch and i opened above a/c with your branch head mr. Ahluwalia ji suggestion.
                In 1992, i have given s.B. A/c to your bank 300 s.B. A/c of my branch agent and i was honoured your c.O. Diginity at ummed palace jodhpur for providing such type of help in johdpur for onpening of a/c
                After 3 year i have been transfered at jaloore and some ofther official of your bank given advice not close this a./c and i continued this s.B. A/c.
                In year after year i continously out of jodhpur but i have not closed s.B. A/c and your servicies are excellent with your excllent team staff,
                In year 2010 i was debeted my a/c with this remarke tht minim, balance not maintain by you but again your bank has given me credit of debit amount.
                Your officer mr. Neeraj posted at that time has give suggestion, kindly maintain your minm. Balance of rs. 5000/ in your a/c and we wll not charge of same in your a/c.
                I deposited 5000 in my a/c and credit of all debi amount to me in s.B. A/c.
                Sir i am still running a/c and i am geting continously debiting my a/c for not maintaing minm. Balance of rs . 10, 000/- in my account..
                I am geeting my a/c statement and amount debit in a/c quaterly basis,
                I am salaried person and in year-1992 open my account on zero balance.
                I was not informed by your side to maintain minm balance 10, 000/-
                Recently i got statement and matter of minm. Balance is required rs 10, 000 is mentioned there. But in previous statement i have all copy of statement there is no any message of rs 10, 000/-.
                As rbi guideline sir, there no any debit for minm.Balance your a/c.
                I have also contact servel time at your branch jodhpur but there is no any responce at your side.
                I have all statemnt in ready ref. And i will mail you scan copy.
                I request you kindly look into matter and give my all debit amount which debit at your end with reason of no maintain balance amount.
                Sir, i am your old customer and provde you help at that time when your bank is intial stage at jodhpur with 300 s/b/ a/c of lic agent and other 200 s.B a/c in year 1992.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I have an NRI account n your bank based at GRETER NOIDA. For the past one month i have been trying to take a loan from your bank which amounts to RS 25 lakhs. Mr. Jagdish Nayak is incharge of my loan case. I am sorry but I really need to inform you that I guess Mr. Jagdish Nayak stays in some dream world of his own. I was shocked to see the way he is dealing with his customers. I am an Air Hostess working with Qatar Airways and am based in Doha . I only get 25 days leave in a year. I come home every 3 months and this time too I had come home on 19th june for 5 days, before coming home my dad had spoken to Mr. Jagdish and asked him the paper requirements that I need to get from Doha. He had asked me to get the salary slip for the Month of March, April and May along with the bank statements. I had submitted all this by 21st June and he had confirmed to me that all the documents are complete. I also left an updated copy of my visa and resident permit with the above documents and informed about the same.Just 3 days back that is on 7th July Mr. Jagdish all of a sudden got up from his sleep and told me that he requires the salary slip for the month of June also, which I had sent to him on the very same day.
                  But you will be shocked to hear this that today that is on the 10th July he mails me to send him a bank statement for the month of June 2014. Does he have enough brains to handle this case? Dose he think he is the only one working??
                  Is this a joke??/ He really needs a break...I am an Air hostess working in Middle East, as you may not be aware that in the Middle East Fridays is taken as Sunday and all the banks are closed on Fridays, moreover I stay in Doha where it is the Holy month of Ramadaan. The banks work from 7:00 Am till 14:00 hrs and are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Moreover I am an airhostess I do not stay in Doha, i fly all over the world. There is a fix schedule that i need to follow.
                  We get our rosters and as per my this month's roster I only have offs on Friday and Saturday. My dad has already explained this to Mr. Jagdish and Mr. Swapan then I do not understand his problem. Does he understand English?? can he communicate?? Is he Deaf?? What is his simple problem??
                  Does this Genteman Mr. Jagdish thinks that he is the only one working or is he not happy with his job?? When it comes to paying the loan fees then your bank quickly takes the cheques and deducts the amount but what when it comes to action??
                  Just because of Mr. Jagdish and Mr. Swapan my case has been delayed for another month. Can somebody please explain it to them that I am taking a bank loan for which I would be repaying...Right!! So there are not doing me any favour by sanctioning a loan. Apart from this I am paying a sum of 11, 000/- to process my loan.
                  I am paying for everything and i don't even get my thing...Do you really think your bank can take care of Loans.
                  Sir I am sorry but this is a matter of a serious concern. You can not employee people who are fooling your customers. Your bank Employees seriously need to be trained. I am left with no words to express their further dedication...
                  I just don't understand if you can not provide service to your customer just say it...Printing banners...Delivering Promises...is a fake statement when it comes to INDUSIND Bank.
                  I only hope that somebody goes through my problem seriously and take some action against it.

                        DearAll, I suresh Vithal Barne Account holder (A/C No[protected] of your bank wants to log acomplaint against my Mortgage Loan (application no[protected]. I had appllied for a mortgage loan of amount Rs 2 crore and submitted few required documents along with 6 crossed blank cheque to my branch few months back.Now i donot want to go ahead with this loan because of competative rate of intrest offerd from other bank and i informed my bank also regarding the same.After this also bank has deducted Rs1.2 lakh from my a/c on 30 March 2014 towards my loan processing fee which is supposed to deduct from customer's loan amount.I gave a call to your customer care department thrice for my refund, there also i faced problem giving all the details and finally the peerson informed me that it will take another few days and provide me ref no 22560946, 22396291, 22451987. My question to bank is how a bank without submitting the LOD (list of documents ), ITR, bank statment, can dedeuct loan processing fee from a my account directly without informing me after repetative reminder to bank not to go ahead with this loan. It is really dissapointing that the bank take so long to refund my deducted processing fee amount. I, request, you to look into this matter seriously and try to refund my deducted money at earliest.                           Sirs, I am a senior citizen customer of your Velachery branch in Chennai city with my cus. ID given as 10274059. I have two F.D’s opened last year for which the interest accrued for the period 1-4-2013 to[protected] was stated as Rs 9604.29, as per the statement dt[protected], given to me at your branch. I had also given the form 15H on[protected]itself for the Asst. year 2014-15, as I am not an assessee my annual income being below the taxable limit of 2.5 lakhs as a senior citizen. To my surprise, however, I received Form 16 A, which is normally applicable to cases for which TDS was applied.In this statement, it is stated that Rs 1218.31 was paid in the last quarter of 2013-14 and the tax deducted was NlL.I don’t know how Form 16A was prepared for me, when the interest accrued was less than Rs 10, 000 limit and besides I had given also Form 15 H as admissible in my case!!1When approached, the branch could not explain this nor the basis for the figure of Rs 1218.31 mentioned in it!! The new manager, who recently took over, was arguing that the limit of Rs 10, 000 includes also the S.B interest since your bank is paying higher interest of 5.5 to 6 % on SB accounts as compared to 4% else where.his made me realize that here lies the catch for giving higher interest to SB accts here.This argument was all the more surprising, since it is widely believed that SB interst is tax free up to a limit of 10, 000, what ever be the interest rate given to SB acct holders in difft banks!!! I need your clarification on this .In my case, I don’t have S.B acct also here wit me as first holder and so the question does not arise still.But it wartrants clarification from you as it affects many investors of your bank if the branch manager;s statement is correct I thought it fit, to raise these issuess to more experienced persons in your bank to clarifyas to (1)How, inthe first place this Form16A was raised in my case AND (2) Do you endorse that the limit of 10.000 for applying TDS at banks includes also SB interest or only interests on term deposits in then particular customer ID!!! I had a similar experience earlier also at this branch and my complaint then also raised to you on this platform was simply forwarded to the then manager again, who is ofcourse not there now.He was repeatedly asking me if he can close the complaint, as he was not in a position to correct the mistke then.Finally I had toaccept closing that RD acct for good but withsome loss to me!! . Every time a customer raisesa complaint, it is not against an individual branch ora manager but more to know the remedy to a problem experienced and it will be helpful both to the customer and the bank, if it is seriously looked in to!!! From this background experience, I may ask again-Will you please enlighten me on the issues raised aboue?. Though I m advised at the branch to ignore the Form 16A, as no TDS is shown on it, yet it is worth knowing facts as Form 16A is essentially a TDS crtificate and when there was no TDS involved, filling the form in such cases and sending it to customer separately does not arise at all.Obviously, since it is incometax return filing time for IT assesses using Form 16A figures in it, I am anxious to know what I should do in this situation.please look in to such issues seriously to avoid d a repetition of such mistakes by the concrned groups ofpeople in the bank itself, as i feel this is wrongly projected to NSDL eitherat the banch level or outside!!!                             On 27 th june mr bakshi who is having 3 savings bank and fds for more than 24 lacs for the last several yrs went to bank to get 2 drafts made out from sons sb a/c ( my son siddarth bakshi met with an accident and has wounds on his right hand which bank staff noticed.)the bank dealing lady told me that the signs are not teliying than i had to call my son who was not in a position to walk a step. In the meantime when i requested ms priya the operation manager about this episode she came out on me and said i can close all our accounts most happily in fron of other customers suddenly another old age customer mr singh who was listing my conversation from outside told me that he had already closed his a/c and moved to yes bank a stone throw from your branch, on 28 th when my daughter aashita bakshi who is also having sb a/c in y0ur br visited br to operate a locker at 2.15 pm and requested the operation manager lady to let her operate the locker she again misbehaved with my daughter in front of your staff. For these i have already filed complaint with mr dhiraj and gupta on very same dates but i suppose they are also giving soft corner to operation manager lady. On 29th i took up these matter with my rwa meeting about misbehave by the lady everybody told me that the bank services are not good and better to close the a/c. Everybody told me that whenver you visit br you find a new staff member handling your account and the bank br is just like a fish market.Now i want that action sho

                              As per your statement dated 18/06/2014, the available credit limit on my Credit Card No.[protected] is Rs.17, 269.86. I have not used the card since 18/06/2013. Today I put through a transaction for Rs.48/- favouring Bharti Airtel Ltd for availing concessional Tariff Charge on my pre-paid mobile. To my utter surprise, this transaction was declined by the Bank. Please look into this matter urgently and validate this transaction under advice to me. Incidentally, I put through a call to your designated contact No.[protected] at 1.56 pm today to get the matter clarified. After gathering the details from me, the officer informed me that there was a "mismatch in the available amount". I could not make any sense out of that statement. Thereafter I was put on hold for over 12 minutes, after which the line was disconnected without offering me any assistance.

                                    I have an existing salary account in Indusind bank, kazhakuttom branch. I have submitted my check book along with my atm card inorder to close my account on jun 03 2014, but still now Jun 13 2014 nothing will happen. I think the employees are not capable for doing that job .I have made so many call with the bank and they told me that "Please wait for an hour" every time, But nothing will happen . So please take this as common notice such that from in my opinion is that no body can open bank account in indusind bank at Kazhakuttom branch.
