My daughter enrolled for blockchain and training was scheduled on 16th december. We were informed that she will get webinar details on her mail and sms on her mobile, but she did not get any message for rescheduling of course. On enquiring same day at 8:00 pm (Many contact numbers available on your website are not working or cancelled) we came to know of rescheduling course time.

fake and false promises on refund - ticket closed without refunding

Here is the story about my problem-

* paid for tableau online course on 18th september, 2017

* attended demo on sep 20. Not satisfied with the trainer teaching and requested for change of trainer (I haven't attended the course at least a day)

* no proper response for almost 2 weeks. Irritated with the way of response from customer service team, decided to ask for refund.

worst training of ever

I had done hadoop spark training from intellipaat and i really regret spending so much money for nothing. I just wasted 23000 for a worthless hadoop class. Worst training i have ever done in my life. The instructor took lots of time for explaining simple basics things. Too bad instructor. They have a very nice sales team who can trap you easily. ridiculous service from intellipaat and customer support

I have enrolled for data science with python on july 18th with price of 11804.13 and the training completed on 10th september
Before i join they promised me that, i will get project (Mainly i was joined for the project).

instructor royalty and basic fixed price pending more than an year

Hi,

Intellipaat contacted me for my courses for which they sent me a purchase order that i will be paid 1500 rs/hour for the fixed videos and then 10% royalty per students. I agreed to the terms and shared my video tutorials but then they kept increasing their demands asking me to recreate the videos, add description for each, create ppt, give code files, add some project etc etc.

not giving course royalty and the 4 hrs wages

I worked with intellipaat, i done a ambari self paced course for them and they need to give me the royalty of that which 5% of per learner and as per their record in the website is no. Worst experience in my life

The course nothing more than youtube, no clear instructions. did not receive documents for the labs even after consistent inquiries. The class includes lots of copying and pasting batch files and very fast. half time the presentation did not work. they say 32 hours instructions, my instructor did not show up for 3 Saturdays and then they try to jam everything in one session. you are encouraged to watch rerun videos and questions are not encouraged...

Worst experience ever

During the training their very own trainer said their training material is not up to the mark and we should not follow it. Imagine this kind of experience for a person who paid thousands of rupees.

Fraud company - fake sales - fake promises

They don't have idea about their courses, company policies, atleast basic knowledge about the courses. I joined the course agreeing to certain terms and condition as agreed in the email but none of them has been satisfied. I have all email proof if some one needs or can help us take action. Very poor online course

I attempted to take informatica online course through intellipaat.
Their customer service is very poor, absolutely no response. They never reply to any emails. Their course material has no substance. They never send any recording of the class. Their classes are irregular. They never keep up with any of the promises made at their sales calls. The money i paid for this course is absolutely a waste....

The instructor s communication is not at all understandable and acceptable in certain time periods, no matter how much i try to repeat the video.

Big data hadoop

Second think downloading file size is huge and it's not possible download the same in one day.

Third think i was also raised the request for recorded lecture. I'm not see any lecture in account.

Marketing team is available for live chat all time.But if i ask any doubt they are replying at the edge of 24th hour.
Why there is no live chat feature to clarify our doubts?

False marketing by promising 24*7 support

Do not trust this company. While buying the Hadoop's course they promise everything you ask for like 24*7 support, they respond to the issues and such stuff. ' 24*7' means someone will be online(non-technical person) on chat and if you have any questions all that person does is will ask your email id and phone number that's it. Then you keep waiting for days or months (if you forgot to follow-up) . They only work on India time zone.

Unable to Understand Instructor - requested refund - customer service hung up on me.

For some reason, companies with Indian origins assume their diction is understood worldwide. I find some of the dialect easy, fluent and quite soothing. However, most of the classes I’ve attended via Intellipaat are taught by instructors with brusque and brutal dialects. I had to drop one course.
