I recieved my tan chelsea boots last night and I am really disappointed by this purchase. The shoes look nothing like the pictures. The colour is different. The condition is also not good, they don't look brand new and the insoles has Gucci written on them for some reason and they look like a cheap rip off shoe. I feel decieved and I would like to return this item asap and would like to the know the next few steps and I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
