I have sunglasses but totally felt bad about the quality. i want to return the product and claim refund for the same. The very next day of the delivery i lodged a complaint by sending an email to their support email address. But not received any reply from them.
They have stringent clauses for returning the product like within 3 days etc.
But there is no customer helpline for this company, felt really helpless.
Totally not satisfied with their product and customer support.
