I ordered a laptop from Amzn and paid online through debit card but the order was delayed due stock unavailability so i cancelled my order and the full refund was initiated from Amzn .But the refund amount was not credited in my account by jkbank

I cancelled an order on 13 july 2020. Expected refund date given was 18 july 2020.

Sir/mam the jk bank branch chandoosa baramulla has made it mandatory of 2000 rupees as security deposit for saving account which is against the rules and regulations of the bank, when asked about the issue the said manager refuse to pay any heed. Now it is requested to you please take necessary action against him so that the common people may not suffer in future....
