Jio — recharge done from google pay but no confirmation from jio

I have done recharge from my google pay for 399 plan. Amount deducted 349 after applying rs 50 discount coupon. Transaction was successful from google pay with transaction i'd but no recharge confirmation received from jio. Attaching screenshot for your perusal.

How can i get my refund?

I recharge my jio sim from googlepay for rs 444 on april 22, 2021.The amount was deducted from my bank balance.The transaction was also successful from googlepay but still waiting for confirmation from jio. Attaching a screenshot of the payment and id .please check and rectify it at the earliest
