Jio — Recharge successful ,but not activated in my number

I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 199 rs plan
on 25th of November2021, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and myjio app also. Retailer showing 199 successful message, retailer third party application(novopay), nobopay customer care number [protected], novopay mail id: [protected]@novopay.in .using for recharge, but retailer is good, he is only helping for them. transaction id for the payment of rs.[protected] I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.
