Supplying substandard quality and maintenance

Lift no lh - 6413, in bangalore rajarajeswari nagar, i booked and i paid full payment. Your people came for servicing and took away deliberately, by stopping the lift on 28/11/2026. By saying you have to pay rs 22000/- thats why we stopped. Then i called sales person ranganath he says tax difference then i said send and collect the money. He dont have human touch or customer relationship, he turned down my phone and mr ramesh he is not lifting...

Regular Lift Breakdown

I am the resident of Suman Tower -2, Suman Nagari, Godhani (Rly) Road Nagpur 441111.
On 14 Feb, 2016 lift was commissioned in our building. It worked well for few days, then a regular problems observed in lift working. The problems are,
1. Suddenly lift stop between two floors.
2. It goes up and down with out any passenger in lift.

Lift not working well

Lift maintenance

Lift is not working before 1 week and not get satisfactory answer of company side

I'm the secretory of the signature apartment, sector-3a, a. v. colony, sikandra, agra. your companies lift was working in our apartment. but before one week lift is out of order. so many times call to your engineer but they did't lift well. 85% aged person (above 68 years) living in this apartment. due to failure of this lift the can't go to temple & another place.

Faulty lifts needs immediate replacement

Complaint:
Lifts on jasmine, rgc phase-2 are in very critical condition, the lifts stops working every now and then. We are facing huge problems of these lifts from day-1.
Johnson team is totally non-cooperative. This lifts are going to cost to lifes some day.

Lift - AMC

No light inside lift

No clear information service and the details

We are not getting the clarification regarding the Spare parts.

Recently a technician visited out place and checked the LIFT. After few days we had a report saying some parts need to be replaced, then we can take the AMC. Brake coil burns out often

Lift not working and they are asking us to put AMC which they have not informed
