It was the worst experience ever I had...which is associated with such personality and called them as brand itself. I ordered pair of bangles for my mother and the payment was done through cheque. They were offering some discount in the making charges and it was supposed to be over on 28th march, 2022. On Sunday evening 27th march I got a call from the sales person stating that they have not encashed the cheque and I need to do the payment in that day itself to avail the offer. So I visited the shop and I was made to do the payment as per the gold rate that was there on 27th march which was high. And what worst was that next day I got to know they have extended the offer for more days. Is this the bigger brand does who have zero planning and worst management system. Even the sales person was not having the basic etiquette to talk to the customers if they were at the fault and they were very okay with whatever has happened...
