Complaint marked as Resolved I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent transaction I had with Kalyan (Candere) jewellery website. On 01/03/23, I placed a order and was awaiting its arrival. However, after waiting for 4-5 days, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, and a refund will be sent to your account soon.
I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I did not receive the product that I ordered, despite waiting for 4-5days. I had purchased the for a special occasion, and not receiving it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and disappointment.
I was not given any explanation as to why my order was cancelled, nor was I given the option to reorder the product or choose an alternative product. I understand that your company did not handle this situation appropriately, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.
I got my refund on 24/03/23. Almost waited for a month.
