Worst experience of my life was that I order from their website, these people are fraud, This is my sincere request to everyone who is reading this please do not buy anything from them. Basically I ordered 3 pieces of gold pendent ( 2 Micky mouse pendent and 1 lord Ganesha pendent) to gift my friend on her birthday. I pay through credit card 💳 and order placed on 1 march 23 and it show’s parcel will arrive on 4 march 23 .but on 4 march they cancel my order without any reason .when I try to contact them. They say we facing a delay in our system and glitches because of heavy demands due to the festive season and bcz of heavy demand of order so we can’t process your order . So please reorder it again. What kind of reason was that . Please be aware of these people they are completely fraud and pathetic customer support. Go for local store or other website . Please refund my money I don’t want to reorder again .
