I had purchased 76.310 gms gold jewellery on 23 oct 2024. from your store at barrackpore, kolkata-700123. on deposit of rs one lakh 0n 01 sep 24, i was given two tokens sl. no. brkgtoafo146 and brkgtoaf0147 (rs. 50, 000/- each) and i was assured that i will get rate protection upto rs. four lakh gold value and as per para {1} of buy more get more value addition offers- 10% flat va, if i purchase more than 30 gms og gold.
i have purchased 76.310 gm gold on 23 oct 2024.
my question to you :-
(1) instead of charging 10% va flat since i have purchased 76.310 gm gold; 15, 50 to 18.0% va initiated as per para 1 of (buy more get more va offer) . why it is charged ?????
(2) reasons for charging of an additional amount rs.6407.51 showing va differential is not understood. why this charges is initiated.
kindly clarify. manager of your barrackpore ranch is not able to clarify my these points.
