I have placed an online order on 23rd of October 2022 and they said it would be delivered on the 30th October 2022 which was delayed to 4th November and again delayed to 13th November, then 30th November. I had to cancel the order as the purpose of my order (wanted to gift it to my husband on a special occasion) was not served.
I've been told that the refund takes 10 to 14 days to be processed. After 14 I still haven't received my refund, when I called them they said the accounts team has not yet approved the refund and asked me to wait for another 2 days. After 2 days I reached out to them to check the status and they keep saying the same thing. I am just tired and sick of it, I have called them almost 20 times and wasted 4 to 5 hours of my time talking to them.
