Kalyan Jewellers — certificate of jewellery not issued even after 4 months

I have purchased a ruby/gold necklace /stud set on[protected] at Kalyan Mangalore show room, for which they had not issued certificate & assured of giving the certificate within one week. I waited for long time & First week of Sept sent a mail to their customer care for which mangalore show room person called & assured of solving the problem within two days. but till date they have not given certificate, after continuous follow up today I called their head office, officer replied me within 30 minutes Mangalore branch manager will call . After 1 hour calling their head office next assurence was today itself your problem will be solved. But as of now no positive response. Its really shame to Kalyan & they are spoiling the Brand Ambasidor Shri Amitabh Bachan.
