We went to buy our engagement ring. A diamond ring specifically VVS1/VVS2, D/E/F, 0.60 and 0.70 Carats. We had everything clear in our mind. With particular parameters. However, we required quotation of all permutations and combinations to make a rational decision after discussing with our parents and would made final offer since our engagement is after 15 days. But sales representative were too arrogant to understand our situation and didn’t allow to take quotation. I don’t understand why would you hire such uneducated and untrained salesperson. Seems like we made a mistake by choosing to step in at “Kalyan” for our special occasion.
