Kalyan Jewellers — Dhan samriddhi scheme

I am customer of 2012 in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. I am regularly purchasing gold from Kalyan jewellers from Mumbai and Ahmedabad and I am also and ruling many schemes which are running under Kalyan jewellers. Recently last year I have enrolled for dhan samriddhi scheme which was explain to me that this scheme is of 11 plus 1. That means I have to pay 11 installment and one installment will be paid by Kalyan jewellers when the maturity of this scheme happens. Also it was explained that whatever offer running in the branch will be given to you at the time of maturity plus my priority member discount will be added on to this so it will be a benefit plus benefit on this scheme hence I enrolled this scheme for 25000 rupees per month.
As this scheme got mature and I received a call from Kalyan jewellers Ahmedabad I went for purchasing my gold for the accumulated and bonus amount, however after selection I was shocked when the calculation which they have done for my deposited and bonus amount.
The bonus which should be one month premium was reduced to 75% stating that that much bonus is only given by Kalyan jewellers, secondly my deposited amount was also reduced by 2950 and shown as priority promotion discount and then it is said that this is the accumulated amount.
People of Kalyan jewellers are not standing by their words and commitments and they tried to fool me from the written document which is given at the time of taking the scheme. By explaining that the meaning of the sentence is written in the bond is not what we are understanding but what the sales representatives are stating.
This is a very serious annoying and devastating condition for a customer who is believing that Kalyan jeweller will deliver its best services as well as items. I felt really bad because Kalyan jewellers didn't kept their words. I am attaching all the documents of dancing with the scheme as well as the bill which they have marked and given to me.

Hello,

Today Mr. Kaushal and Mr. Dhvanik visited my place and explained once again the details of scheme and bill.
Also they were very humble and polite and showed good gesture while explaining everything.
I am satisfied by the customer centricity of both this gentleman as well as Kalyan jewellers.
