We have booked a scheme- Dhan Samriddhi Scheme in Kalyan jewellers Lokhandwala branch and the scheme is completed by 15th Aug 2022.
After this we visited the branch 4 times and all the times we were disappointed with the type of service. Once we were so frustrated that we were ready to buy gold coins and just wanted to get rid of the Scheme, but then also they denied it inspite of written in terms and conditions of the scheme document.
Today we went to buy jewellery and close the scheme again, we selected bangles but the size was not available so we requested them to make the same design with our size. First they said yes but then they said that bangles will not be booked in today's date.You will have to pay the amount as per the rate on the day of bangles collection. We tried to talk it out with the staff but no one entertained us and no one tried to resolve our query.
Worst service, worst management and we had a worst experience. We didn't extend our another scheme. We had two schemes with them.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.
