Kalyan Jewellers — Didnt getting refund DHAN SAMRIDDHI scheme

As I booked a scheme under DHAN SAMRIDDHI scheme of 10, 000 rs per month and after the completion of that scheme, I visited to nearest Kalyan Jewellers store but when I am not satisfied from the demanded article design then they refused to refund back my money which I paid in 11 instalments.
