I bought ring for my daughter in may from kalyan jewellers Jaipur soon after it was opened. That time they told me about a scheme of paying installment for 6 months and then I can buy at dhanteras with 45 percent discount on making charges but today when I went to buy gold item they are just giving me 2000 benefit and denying about any such communication.

My self vidya shelke purchased chain but it makes longer & due to faulty then they change the chain but again i have to pay making charges
