Kalyan Jewellers — Frequently Opening of joints of gold chain

I purchased Gold Chain from Kalyan Jewellers Jaipur and after some time one of joints was opened and we were lucky that chain was not slipped. We went to shop where your executive informed us that this type of complaint is not coming in chains and he repaid the joints. When we asked to replace chain he told that making charges will be charged extra. Now again another joint has opened . Is this is quality of products. Arun Sharma [protected]

Just at 8.30 PM today I got a call from mobile no [protected] and fellow has asked me to deposit Rs 5 for registration of complaint . I asked him to reply me on mail.

Nothing is available there . This is very funny that you are twisting the issue of attending complaint
Yesterday I contacted +[protected] where Mr Sampat attended the call I spoken to him about my complaint and also given my mobile no to him .He asked me to send mail to customer care and given me Email id. I dropped the mail there.
