[Resolved] Kalyan Jewellers — Gold saving scheme- Not giving Ornaments after maturity.

Hi,
I have a Gold saving scheme with Kalyan jewellers.At the begining of the scheme they have told that I have to pay 12 installments and at maturity I will get one installment as bonus with that amount I can buy any ornaments/coin from their jewellery.But after 6 month they informed that they have changed the scheme due to some RBI rule and I have to pay 11 installments and I have select a gold ornament at this point and this ornament will be delivered on maturity(11 month) with some discount in making charge.I was forced to accept this condition as i don't have any other options.
But real issue is after completion of the scheme.I paid my 11th installment in 9/11/2014.Till now (10-Jan-2015) they didn't provide ornaments. I have visited their jewellery in Kollam and Customer care centre several times.But they simply say that ornament is not ready to deliver and they are not giving any time frame of delivery.I never thought that reputed Jewellery like Kalyan will behave like this.
Can someone please advise me how to proceed with a complaint ?
