Kalyan Jewellers — Gold Scheme Enrollment falsely done

We reached Karol Bagh to redeem as the scheme we had previously enrolled in had matured. Mr. Rahul Mishra the executive who attended and completed our purchase falsely enrolled us into a scheme.

We had specifically mentioned not wanting to enrol in a scheme and that we will think about joining the following year. He charged us 3500INR advising that it was the difference of the amount we had to pay for the gold we got against the scheme which had matured.

He haded us a bond saying that it was complimentary and that it can be used to adjust against our next purchase any time. Upon mentioning that we got a message that we were enrolled in a scheme he said it was nothing and that this bond was complimentary and the message was because it was registered in my name.

He had falsely registered us into this scheme despite us saying NO.
When we called he very curtly told us he didnt do anything wrong. This is malpractice to get numbers in sales and you are playing with companys image.

Now he said that the scheme cannot be cancelled and the only way to get the money back is to get it adjusted with next purchase.

I wont trust Kalyan Jewellers again for any purchases if this is how they operate.
