Kalyan Jewellers — Gross misbehaviour of your staff with ledy customer- reg

From Umesh Meena, Customer cell NO.[protected] R/Sir, Yesterday on 27.10.14 at around 12.00 my wife Manju Meena went to your show room located at Kalawad Roda, Rajkot to get repaired her one bangle which she purchased around two years back with the same show room.When she gave her bengale to one of the staff member and requested to get the same repaired. Instead of asking about bill of the same bengle the staff members started behaving in interrogating manner with her after taking bengle in their pussassion.The staff neither asked for bill to her nor done weighment of bengal.The staff also behaved suspectedly with her. After long long hot discussion they manage to repair the bengle and return to her after weighment of the bengle. They have simply note down the weight of bengle after repair, on simple chit and submitted to my wife without sign and stamp on the chit.When she insisted for signature and stamp on the weighment chit, they refused to do the same even manager refused for doing same. Sir, here i complain for gross misbehaviour of your staff members with a lady customer which is highly concern with your reputed firm too. Second query is that is it rule of your firm to give unsigned chit of weighment of the costly gold articles to the customers as stated by your show room staff as well as manager ?
