Kalyan Jewellers — Kalyan Jewellers Gift Voucher not getting redeemed due to their technical glitch

I opted for Kalyan Jewellers Gift voucher as part of our corporate reward program. After submitted the vouchers and ID proof, and paying the remaining amount for the product, they claim that the vouchers are not getting redeemed/activated due to technical glitch.
Now I don’t have the product with me until it’s redeemed.
Very disappointing experience.
Please help check this on priority.
