This complaint is regarding employee Kiran from South-Ex. We were first asked to come anytime in October as our scheme's last payment was in the same month, however upon visiting today she denied upfront that she didn't ask the same. Instead of assisting she said - "Aapka itna bada bhi amount nhi hai"... What kind of language is this???? NOT AT ACCEPTABLE. NEED QUICK ACTION ON THIS. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
