Kalyan Jewellers — Misleading promises of nearest office in Mayur Vihar to collect cheques of monthly scheme

On 7/12/2014 we went to Kalyan Jewellers, Karol Bagh for buying jewellery. The sales person introduced to us their monthly scheme - PURCHASE ADVANCE SCHEME for buying 1 necklace. We asked about collection of monthly payment and were informed that they have their office inear our residence in MV1 and the monthly cheque will be collected by them; we need not go anywhere. They further assured that payment can be collected by any mode including credit card swipe at our residence. On these specific clarification ( as we cannot go to Karol Bagh to deposit our monthly cheque) got the membership No 65002353 CustomerId - [protected] in the name of my daughter Ashima by depositing Rs10000/0- as 1st installment. Now every month we are calling at the given number of their office in MV1 but they refuse to collect the cheque on the pretext that we are not their customer and their office is not attached with Karol Bagh but related to Defence Colony. Alternatively, they compel us to take one more membership from them then they will collect Karol Bagh cheque also, otherwise they will not collect. On so many calls and complains they collected the 2nd and 3rd installment cheque that too after due date. But now they refused to collect the 3rd installment.
We called the Karol Bagh, firstly the attending person did not understand English or Hindi and ultimately they said that you deposit the cheques here. This is clear way of cheating people by misleading and misrepresentation. Now we want back our money paid till date with interest.
