Kalyan Jewellers — Money debited but order failed, money not credited/refunded yet

I placed an online order for 2 platinum rings for my relative in India. I am residing in USA and placed online order on April 7th Sunday. When I clicked pay, the portal said "payment failure" but the amount was debited from my account on the same day. I gave my relative phone number in India and my gmail id. I received an email saying I will get refund in 5 to 7 days! which is ridiculous. I chat with the customer support, he said it is refunded but email said refund is initiated! I still did not get my money (Rs37, 740) back. I have given my mobile number to the customer support but no update from them. How long should I wait? I have never experienced such a bad online transaction! My money must be credited back in my account ASAP!
