Dear Sir, My name is Jithender, I am paying monthly 6000 rupees in Kalyan Jewelers to purchase a gold chain, which I need to give gift to my child. I have planned this gift since one year. Agreement between Kalyan Jewellers and me is i need to pay 10 months, 6000 rupees per month. On 10th month i need to select the iteam and Kalyan jelwellers will take 2 month time to prepare the chain in their workshop. I had completed my 10th installemnt in the month of Dec and they agreed to give my seelected iteam on Feb 25th, I requested them to give on Feb 21st which i need to give gift to my child on his birthday.
Kalyan Jewellers have failed to give my chain in time and asking me to select readymade gold chain with discount price.
I am not interested on this and please do justification by taking my compliant and help me out to get compensation for loosing my confidence and my money. Was this information helpful? |
