Kalyan Jewellers — online payment done and deducted from bank also bt ur system showing payment failed. and i did not get receipt

I made a payment of rs. 1000/- online on 17.05.2018 due to inter-net problem i could not get my receipt on line. The error appeared the payments failure. But the amount is deducted from my a/c of bank of baroda bank.
