Kalyan Jewellers — online payment is not happening

I m trying to pay my installments for gold scheme online but if i enter the phone no it sends me a password and adter entering the password it shows the same thing again. I m not able to make online payment. Please rectify it. It is difficult for me to go to to store everytime to pay thr installments. My phone no is [protected]. Please also let me know when would it be rectified.
