I am Prema R your's inkarlyan jewellers customer. I paid Rs.7, 500 online payment on 06/07/2021 at 6.28pm. Amount debited in my bank account but not show in your Kalyan transaction, not received SMS on my registered mopbile [protected]. Please verify and solve this problem as soon as possible sir.

I am afra subeen your's kalyan jewellers customer. I paid Rs.3000 online payment on 28/07/2023 at 2.45pm. Amount debited in my bank account but not show in your Kalyan transaction, not received SMS on my registered mobile [protected]. Please verify and solve this problem as soon as possible sir.

Yesterday i called kalyan jewellers and they told they can see transaction was done through UPI billdesk successfully but it was not updated in ledger. Please check this ASAP
