Dear sir, Name: Jaipal Singh "dhanvarsha - Kalyan priority - gold " I made a payment of rs. 5, 000/- online on 12.09.2018 due to inter-net problem i could not get my receipt online. The error[protected] appeared the payments failure. But the amount is deducted from my a/c of sbi bank. I purchase the bangle in gold scheme value 68639 etc we needed to pay 33249. In entrance they are putting add when you purchase 10000 worth gold we will give 1 silver coin free .I pay etc 33249 so I need silver coin. SR executive Naveen kumar.g told that this scheme not available for you .I asking why .he did not give responsible answer
