I had purchased Jewellery from your Perinthalmanna branch on 25 03 2022. The Quality of the bill print is pathetic. Its like a fine print, which is not supposed to be read by a customer. The Ink used for printing is faaed, . All in all, its not readable. Purchase bill of Jewellery is supposed to b ekept for a long time. also giving a bill in large, readable font gives customer a feeling of transparency . Giving such bill creates a feeling of being cheated and customers will mistrusting you. I can't even quote the Bill number in this complaint because it is simply unreadable.
The display table in front of customer in this showroom is not cleaned regularly and is unclean..it shows marks like oily handmarks, etc . This gives a bad impression to the customer.
Today I have personally gone to the showroom and given a written request for a more legible copy of the bill .
