I bought a chain on 17.12.2017 with my parents & brother, it's come around 8 gm (Rs.25840), i saw your company advertisement frequently in the top most channels, they showed some offers (If you purchased above 25, 000, you will get some offers) but reality they cheated us, my bill amount was rs.25840, (Above 25 k) they didn't give any gifts, even they didn't give any beverages & water, this the way you treat the customers, you broadcast a public service advertisement with a star but really you are not respect a customer, so i am completely dissatisfied with your service

Yesterday i purchased a diamond ring from Kalyan Jewellers Bhubaneswar and later when i saw the bill it has a VADD component. I'm totally clueless about it and no one also explained about it.
Please clarify.

Had a very bad experience this time. The staff are not aware of the designs and rate. They are were slow and lazy. Customers are made to wait for no reason. They run around to get the mirrors and calculator. Billing takes a lot of time and u have to again wait.
