I would like to share my review regarding a purchase.
By April I gave an order for 2 rings and locked the gold amount and as per the salesman I directed to buy it before May 10. By April end I visited the showroom(Karama Centre) for purchase as well. As per the salesperson the amount will reduce during the time(upto May 10) and unluckily it doesn't. So, I extended my purchase. I was unaware that the amount was locked for only1 month.
As per the idea it was not given exactly what it is. And at least they have to inform me that it is not valid from the particular date (whatever applicable) at least by a message. I Am losing 20 AED per gram for 14 grams. Still the purchase is pending.
It is really disgusting and disappointing as a customer.
Kindly requesting you to do the needful.
