As per the ad it clearly mentiones on tv and on the ad boards that there is a free gold coin for every purchase of worth 25k but i have made a purchase of more than 50k and when asked about this the sales person before sale told yes there is this offer but after payment he started speaking about some percentage... When it is clear on ad what is the percentage he was talking about... Just because people have to buy from their jewellery is it a scam or is it the way of marketing i just don’t understand.. When i posted on fb i was told that this case is escalated an i would hear from them soon but until now i have not heard anything... I really need an answer for this... As am really very unhappy customer and lost the trust in the first time purchase
