My self Rathan Bearing debit card no [protected] purchased gold worth of 9445 DHS swiped debt card but bill showing Transaction incomplete but amount has been debited from my account Kindly Suggest how retain money to my account when approached bank people they replied its gold merchant mistake and Merchant says its bank mistake... I am travelling to home country 18 August 14 so need amount ASAP.
