I asked for a replacement of a stone which was missing in a earring.I was previously said that the company or the store will provide a lifetime service.Now there is an entire change in what I was told.Now I am being asked to pay for it. Futher, the behaviour of the salesman was at it's worst.He just tossed the gold over the desk.
