We are regular customer of Kalyan Jewellers since many years. We would like to raise the complaint for non adherence to refund/exchange policy.
Attached the copy of Bill and certificate for the jewellery purchased from your Raipur (C.G) Store, which we wanted to exchange with purchase of new Diamond jewellery at your Indore Store. However the value of Ruby stones are not being given on the current rate. It was informed while purchasing that 75% value of current rate will be given on exchange, for which the stamp is also there on bill. The jewellery item is in original condition because it is not even used once, which is also witnessed by your representative at Indore store.
We request you to adhere to your commitment and provide us the correct amount based on the current rate of Ruby stones i.e 75% of current rate as per exchange policy.
Hopeful for the favourable response. Else we will be compelled to raise the dispute and file complaint at suitable forum.
Inspite of several reminders given through mail to Indore store as well as customer care since last on month, no response received.
