12-3-18 at 8:30 pm i have visited kalyan jewellers karol bagh store, diamond ring section on 2nd floor. After selecting one ring i asked, if you can provide me the estimate of the ring. Salesman said he can't provide d estimate but i can note d details n price and provided me paper and pen. But later on the salesman mr. K l subramanian refused to provide the paper and snatched the paper from my hand. When i argued why he agreed first and provided me paper to note he just started shouting that it not our policy. I asked him to show me policy or ask manager to come. He simply rejected and asked me to leave.
This is highly derogatory customer services by kalyan jewellers staff. If anything is against policy he shouldn't commit it first and afterward insult ur customer.
