Sales Executive of kalyan jewellers asked me to start monthly saving scheme I told him I travel lot so can I deposit later he said yes before maturity you can deposit anytime and now when m doing the same supervisor says its possible only in special customers case so That's how you treat your normal customers ??
And no where it is written that you have to pay monthly only neither I have got any reminders anytime my account no is 56002719 kindly help to get the benefit of my policy else refund my money.
Its at vashi store navi mumbai behaviour of supervisor Mr. Rajesh over the phone was not acceptable at all right training is reqrequired.
