In the month of Dec -2015, I have join your subject saving scheme @5K PM.from your M G Road Gurgaon Branch after their several marketing approach. They have no E C S facility that's why I have to choose monthly cheque option..But in spite of their commitment your Marketing men are not ready to collect cheque as well not ready to return the receipt. I have also requested your Branch Manger of the MG Road Branch & all the marketing Manager of your Gurgaon zone several times, but unfortunately no out come observed yet. I am now in a trouble by joining your Scheme. The Concern Managers are,
