Even after completion of chit (FSTT73F-29) time, the amount has not been returned through cheque and are saying false/stupid and silly reasons like call me tomorrow, manager is not there.. the staff who are working there doesn't have proper knowledge on the job they are doing.. manager will not be available all the time and won't respond properly.. please respond and resolve the issue as early as possible to avoid legal procedure...

I am recident of Nellore subscriber of Kapil chit annamayya circle branch chit number is FNET 88F-2 amount is one lakh rupees.i paid chit advance also. I lifted chit for the month of June but they not given money till date.please solve my problem.. thanking you sir....

I was one of the costumer with kapil chit frm last 20 yrs ... Kakatiya warangal zone ..And I have lifted one chit value 5 lakhs it's complete 50 months i received amount 4, 20, 600/- on this in this your staff was not providing any kind of receipt for deduction amount ..And not responding as well... Please do the needful ASAP...

I had 3 chits of my family of ₹500000/- (5 lakhs) each in kushaiguda branch bearing chit nos - FKUL12J -7, 18 and 29, which was completed in may 2019. After completion of chits, I asked for return of surety papers in which sureties was given by my friends and well wishers. But your company representative Mr gopi ph no - [protected] and Mrs vasantha ph no- [protected]are not responding at all and talking very rudely when ever I visit or make...

I being paying new chit from April and agent said due to pandemic 2months as cancelled. Now he is asking me to wait till October. What calculation is this April to october 6 months. 6-2= 4months now he is saying. May and June cancelled but I paid for 4 months. I have contacted recently he saying you will get amount in October. But in online it shows I paid only 3 months.
Definitely something wrong and they are planning for scam....

Their is no proper response by the Manager and Asst. Manager of Kamareddy Branch.
Frequntly changing the collection agents and it is not understood to whom the payment is to be made.
Directly paying to Kapil account through online, but your Managers are not responding properly for intimation and for obtaining the receipts.
Do the needful
Early action is expected....

I have subcriber of the above mentioned chit matured in JUNE21. I have completed the formalities in the month of JUNE21 and submitted. Two months elapsed but chit amount not paid in to my account. I am senior citizen. I want meet expenditure but you people are delayed. I request you kindly look into the matter and pay the full amount with interest for delayed payment.

I have been paying amount regularly. I lifted my chit last month 30th at branch 1 MBNR. I Submitted all surities. They verified and observed that one of my friend who I have given surity did not pay and received legal notice from your chit fund. I accepted to pay that amount from my sum. i lifted the chit on jan and Feb months 2021 from Nellore1 branch till now i have not received the amount till now. i am trying to call the branch manager Mr. Sivakumar and he is not attending my phone calls. whenever he attends the call he will say give me another 10 days time standard reply from him.

This is not acceptable i need my money back immediately. all the installments paid by me very promptly....

When I paying amount through your app it asking commission . What ever it may be, I paid my chit amount with commission. But it reflects in my account 4 to 8 or more days. In this gap where using our cash.
