I am Naresh Mateti from Hanmakonda, Warangal. Chit No: FWST14J-5 I have deposit 350000 rs. four years fixed bond. Maturity date is 05-OCT-2022. Total maturity amount. Is 542000. I have informed to Kapil Chit Fund branch which is at Subedari, Hanmakonda, Warangal regarding maturity date is approaching, they said they don't have funds right now, it will take 3 months to pay. we need money urgent for health purpose. All problem comes from branch...

I met so many times the branch manager Tiruparhirao and I called the AGM also..eventhough they are not responding to my call...
I am very sorry to say... I didn't see like this company and staff members. If possible could you please take action.

I haven't received my bid amount after completing my chit funf auction.

I'm a chit fund customer from Mahabubnagar branch No.1. My name is Mohd Nayyum. I have successfully paid all my chit fund installments and I have auctioned the chit fund amount 2 months, 10 days ago, but I haven't received my bid amount yet. On contacting the regional manager from the last 2 months there was no proper response from his side. I request to slove this problem and return my bid amount ASAP....

Unethical behaviour

Kapil chits collection executive is behaving like any thing, i have paid all my EMI on time for this month for 4000 payment i have already paid 2000 of payment i have to pay another 2000 rupees, i said i will pay in two days but he is not listening my words and he is scolding on me, please do action on this executive...

Chit payment not received even after 2 months of auction

Im the chit member of FMKT30P-40 with mankammathota karimnagar branch of kapil chit funds, I have lifted my chit on 30.05.2022, and completed the documentation work in the second week of june 2022, but as of now i have not received the cheque even after laps of 2 months, its a value of 9 lakhs, and the manager of the concerned branch even not taking my phone calls...

Installments pending issue

Hi sir/madam
This is divya siripuram. My chit no KTB01S07F-13 in bhongir branch.. i paid all the installments for 25 months chit amounts. But they told one installment is due for pending. I don't know how it's pending. I mentioned below that receipts for what am paid those are written. I have receipts for the installments.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible...

Chit finished but money not received since over 2 months.

Gopalpur branch, Hanamakonda.

It is 5 lakh Chit and finished long back like more than 2 months and my signature was taken more than one month back but till now no news on my money. This is ridiculous that you are taking so much time. what benefit I will have when you are taking all the benefit of interest rate by delaying so long.

Agents are not responding on this. How can we trust...

Lb nagar branch manager and agents are doing fraud on customers and the service is poor and playing with customers

While iam taking the chits they continuously called and taken amount and started chits on my name with focefull but now i lifted the chit and I asked for surity form to give me from past 2months they are saying today tomorrow and still now they didn't gave me the surity form. So I request you take action on branch and solve the issues. In this way the customers are not trusting Kapil chits....
