I have taken laser hair reduction service at kaya skin clinic for my upper lip, lower lip and chin. I have gone through more than 17-18 sessions till now but the hair growth is still there. The worst part is now i have hairs in the areas where there were no hairs/fine invisible hairs. All my hormonal tests are normal, there is no internal issue as per the doctors. I wasn't given any hint that laser can increase the hair growth near the areas o[censored]pper lip or chin, it was supposed to be a "hair reduction service". The doctors are not even apologetic about this problem that has been created because of their lasers. I would not recommended anyone to go for any service at any of the kaya clinics. You can spoil your face with hairs on your entire face. This has been my worst experience of life. This has induced hair growth on my face instead of reducing it. Please don't waste your hard earned money on them.

Have opted for laser hair reduction full bosy package but its difficult to book appointments at any of the outlets even though informed 5-7 days in advance. No responce and very annoying when it comes to booking appointments!
You always take full payment in advance but your service levels drop to the bottom after that! Unhappy!!!

    I purchased a glycolic peel package (4 session package) for my mother from kaya green park outlet yesterday (15feb2018). After i made the payment, i was given a 1.5 meter long bill (Only for this one package) neatly folded inside a cover. When i opened it on my way back, i found a line at the end stating "this package is valid till jul15 2018". I was taken aback as all my purchases so far have been for lifetime validity which is the reason i buy them without thinking of when i will use them.
    I called up the green park outlet but the number was constantly engaged. So, i called up the outlet again today and asked them about this validity. I was shocked to know that this clause applies to all kaya services which was never the case in the past. Apparently it has been added lately (Probably sometime in the past year or so). Richa (The branch manager, i suppose) agreed that she did not mention this clause to me as she was under the impression that i would know of this. I am certain that i would not have bought this package if this validity had been mentioned to me. So, i feel cheated as a service was sold to me without giving all details about it (Esp the important details that would have significantly influenced my decision to buy). When asked to cancel the purchase, she said she cant do that! No service has been used from the package and the request for cancellation was made just next day of the purchase.

    Another related concern is for the services already purchased by me - i have come to know that the q-switch packages that i had purchased have also been put under a limited validity clause and that these packages will expire sometime in june2018! I wonder how can the service terms and conditions be changed suo moto by kaya after sale. As i have already mentioned that i wouldnt have purchased any service had i been told of the validity clause.

    It has been over 12 days since my mail to their customer care [protected]@kayaindia.net. Despite 2 reminders since then, i am yet to hear any response from them (Except the auto response stating that they will get back in 3 working days). Planning to approach consumer court. If there are others reeling under the same problem (I can see quite a few complaints on this issue) planning to take this legal recourse, pl respond as it will add weight to our case.

    My problem with Kaya is the same... I purchased laser sessions in 2012 and they told me to take maintenance sessions also as the prices would rise. They knew I did not have too much growth and the person selling it told me its valid for life .. even if I need it when I'm 40 or 50 yrs, i could use it... Now when I finally come to use my maintenance sessions (I took a lot of them), they tell me its void and expired. After many emails, they are giving me 4 months to use them all!!! Like HOW??? Kindly help me how to register a complain and if anything really comes out of it or not. They've taken so much money in advance, earned interest, not provided that service and wont give me refund or the service when needed.

      I started availing facility since 2010 and purchased package of edrs in advance but could not avail 4 or 5 edrs and one signature facial and now the kaya staff is saying that the expired services have been stopped by the company and i can't avail the said services. I was not informed prior to stoppage. Plz help how can i avail the services which i purchased earlier. I must be informed by the company...

        I had a very bad experience with kaya clinic koregaon park, pune branch on 31st december 2017.

        I was being told that there is a therapy which i should enroll for which has an offer ending that very day and was asked to pay the token amount of rs. 90000
        Invoice number: inv 29805.
        (Some cheap marketing strategy by not letting the customer think about whether she needs to do it or not.)

        Never the less, i paid for it and went home. The same day i decided to not go ahead with this service and hence called them up to discontinue and refund me the amount. I tried calling them but the connection dint went through.

        I also had some family emergency leading to financial issues the next day and hence i rushed to the clinic and explained them that i don't want to do the treatment for which i was told that i need to fill an application for refund and they will get back to me.

        They never get back to the customers.

        I tried following up frequently and was told that i will be getting a call from them which i never did. I called them up and then i got another email that they won't refund.

        What i don't understand is that how can they not refund for services that the customer has not used. This is not ethically right. First they lure you into enrolling for additional services and each time they have that service with some kind of offer. To me it seems like robbery. I should get the refund if i have not used the service or have not taken any sessions/products for that service.

        I wanted to make people aware to not take their services right away as they just lure you by offers. Also, if you change your mind or have some financial emergency they are too in-human to just bluntly say that they wont refund.

        Apparently i also saw similar complaints regarding money and hence would like to make people aware of the wrong doings by kaya clinic.

          I have replied to a previous already existing email thread, please check.
          I have 6 sittings of aqua luxe facial therapy ..I am not satisfied with prior sitting as I have found no changes after the treatment. I want my money to be refunded for the remaining paid sittings

            I am tabassum nishat,

            I am connected with kaya last 2010 and from that days i am taking services from kaya due to heavy work schedule i have not any proof against kaya. This is true that the service was awesome but last two years i am continually calling them to taken my all pending sessions (Details are mention below) but they people ignore me to say that we do not have any proof as they have all thing now computerised, as per my knowledge they used to fill the details of customer at the time of session in the customer detail chart so my authentic information is written on it which proof on paper but they people are denied due to laziness and don't want to explore those customer details chart, now my concern is that i want to take my pending session which i already paid so please help me out for this matter, details of my pending sessions are:
            Full back peel - 4 sessions
            Skin lightening full face & full neck - 1 session
            Kaya glow or skin radiant - 2 session
            Meso glow - session was complimentary. When i purchased some products.

            I don't get my solution only get mail from kaya but not satisfactory solution because I m not asking extra or mercy.i am only asking my sessions which I paid for otherwise why would I claim specially such kind of session I could ask other service as well but I am honestly asking which I have paid already but didn't use that service till yet so please resolve my issue otherwise I have to take other action.

              I have ordered something from kaya and as it was already ordered for me by my sister. I have cancelled the order, the order number is 81456. However, it was really shocking for me that the amount hasn't been returned to my account. After i called on 14th february... I got to know that i have to write an email for the same. Which i eventually did... However still i haven't received that amount and no one contacted me yet from your end. I never thought you guys are incapable to manage such patty things and will spoil your reputation.

                My name is purnima.. I have dark circle so i consult to kaya while having first consultation i initially told doctor that i am here for dark circle treatment nd some spex spots on my nose then he start telling me that i
                Have some tanning also. Than he suggest me face peeling they took all the amount 15300 for 6 face peeling but they didn't tell me that this package doesn't contain dark circle treatment and take 2000 extra for products also.. And while giving first session they told me that initially they are removing tan so they cover my eyes... During second session i ask them why they are not treating my dark circle which is my main concern then they told me that this package doesnt includes dark circle treatment when my main concern is dark circle then why they are treating another factors instead of that. Till now they give me two sessions of face peeling and forcing me to switch on dark circle package by paying more 10000 rs

                Kaya's main concern is just to extract money from clients no matter customer get positive results or not

                  My name is jayasri kandeepan. I am a cfo of a recognised healthcare company in delhi. I went to kaya for acne problems in my face in 2010. By then they have forced me to take so many packages but the results are not what expected. Recently also in the month of oct, i have been forced to take the package of peel of 6 sessions for rs.16000 eventhough the other package (Signature package of 2 sessions) is also parallelly running. Out of 6 sessions, only two sessions are utilised till date. Now they are forcing me to take q-switch package for rs.16, 000. I have requested them to adjust my signature package of 2 sessions (Which i have paid rs.18, 000) for q-switch which is only suitable for my face as recommended by the doctor. They are forcing clients to take so many packages instead of making adjustments in the existing package of the same value. Otherwise they are adjusting with less value so that the clients are always at loss. This also happened to me several times where they have adjusted my so many packages where i was at severe loss and no improvement in the face.

                  Kaya is extracting money from client by enrolling for various packages without any results to the client. This need to addressed immediately.

                    I had bought a package o[censored]nderarm laser service from kaya, kandivali east center in 2010 and paid full amount.. Post which i got pregnant and had to discontinue the service for few years until i was breast feeding my baby. After many follow ups like more than a year my paper got transfered to powai and i did one sittings. Powai kaya is never reachable for the appointments. Suddenly the clinic tells me that my account has been deactivated and they are not able to book my further appointments. When i was sold the package i was told its a lifetime and without any notification my account got deactivated.

                    I felt cheated and did number of escalations and complaints. There is no timely response from their customer care either.. They will tell you they will get back to you in 48 hours but you keep waiting for ages but no one will turn up from their side.. After few weeks, i get a call that i can now book my appointment.

                    Now in powai center, another challenge is getting an appointment. I finally manage to get an appointment and gets a reminder an hours before the appointment. And i go all the way through rains to find the clinic is closed. After this i took another appointment for 05th september and this time i don't get a reminder call nor the clinic is reachable, confusing me whether my appointment is confirmed.. I again called clinic after many attempts i could reach through it and found my account is locked again and i cannot book my appointment. Team is asking me again to check with kandivali center.

                    I again wrote to the customer care but as usual i didn't get any response.

                    I am just fed up and realize how the service sucks and there is no customer centricity...

                      I even mine was the same problem. Yesterday i went to kaya clinic (4th jan) and doctor has suggested me to go for inta skin brilliance and i have payed amount of 10600 rs. Actual cost of that treatment of 16000. But i asked them that can i pay half and later half.. They asked me to pay 10600. And i did. Later i came across few people saying the dermatologist who is going to treat my skin is the same one who spoiled other faces and right now i can see many feedbacks about kaya.. I am 24 yrs and my skin has not much problem. Just a pigmentation problem i have now.. I would like a refund of my money 10600! On my bank account.. Kindly consider my case. As am a young i dont feel like spoiling my face. And i didnt have any session yet.. So kindly return back my money. Please.

                      I am receiving some fake calls.. iguess those are fraud.. They are calling and discussing same things and they are asking for cardnumber trhough which i have paid, cvv number, otp also they are sending .. if its a true one why wld they ask me for this ??? they are telling that they are from kaya customer compliant team and they are also scolding me saying i[censored] cant give ur details to us then do not raise a complaint on this forum... why is this happening??? this much fraud ... i will giving you those number please do immediete action on them[protected]

                        With great disappointment i am narrating the entire incidents, happened at kaya jayanagar, bangalore:

                        1. I took the service on 16 july 2017, for lightening of skin pigmentation of both my arms (Which they called as "prs body system full arms

                        3s ocglycolic peel srs deep pigment reduction+ 3s insta clarity laser pkg") for 6 session (3 session of peeling and 3 session of laser).

                        2. Amount taken as below breakup (Totally= rs. 32, 780):

                        A. Consultation: rs. 500

                        B. Service charge: rs. 28, 700

                        C. Products: 3, 580

                        3. Cosultation was irrelevant, as the doctor could not tell/explain any cause for the skin conditions. She did not sound like doctor at all. All she said that it will be corrected with 3 peeling and 3 laser treatment of pigmentation reduction. So pocketing of rs. 500 seems like their arrangement of snakcs party for the evening, was made.

                        4. I didn't notice any results in each of the session. And these things i went on telling the doctors and the staff repeatedly. They assured me to wait until the last session.

                        5.in the meanwhile the first doctor lefts the clinic, and the second doctor seems to act like "i don't know what the earlier doctor said" and continued the treatment, as it is.

                        It seems like kaya doesnot take ownership of its own services, meaning it is based on doctor capability (Who though have degree certificates, but dont sound like doctors).in nutshell, kaya doesnot have any brands of quality service, at all

                        6. Towards the last session, when i completely disagreed to any improvement. Drama starts, few staffs said "waw mam it has improved". When i asked for show me the recorded photos, to check the improvement. They could not trace the records then. It shows how organized kaya clinic is.in the next session, they showed me the first day picture only in their records and not the subsequents one. But strangely the photos are brighter than my actual skin, when i brought my hand next to the monitor screen. While this discussion was going on, the doctor pretended that she is busy and did not come out of the cabin (Whereas she was alone in the cabin - noticed by us when she entered into the cabin), to avoid the situation.


                        7. Thereupon, the doctor and staff went on persuading to taken additional peelings packages, with 50% discounts with limited offer. Please note this words "50% discounts with limited offer" were told to each and every patient, observed by us in each off the session.

                        8.in the last session, when i told the doctor to explain the improvement. She is like "it takes time and it will be lightened with additional peeling sessions"... Then what was that when the former doctor assured of lightening of skin pigmentation by end of 6 sessions. To whom to believe then?... What is the quarantee that the additional peeling session will meet the the commitement.

                        9. I feel cheated. Kaya is fraud, a thief along with all their doctors and staffs. They take the entire amount in the beginning itself, not instalment also. Why so, what makes kaya so restless to take money in beginning itself, if it knows for its better service.

                        10. Kayas product also did not show any results. Kaya cheats people with false commitments. They are not confident of themselves.

                        11. With great disappointment, i started taking service with some other doctor.

                        I wany full refund of my money.

                        Ms. Beauty, we wish to reassure you that dermatologists at Kaya are certified MDs' and experts within their field. Further at Kaya at no point do we commit to a complete lightening of the skin, and as informed to you by Dr. Sindhu at the Jaya Nagar clinic multiple sessions of the treatment are required for better results.

                        We also understand that Dr. Sindhu in her follow up consultation, had prescribed a medicated skin lightening cream (Kligman`s formula) to be used at the night for two weeks and requested you to visit the clinic for a follow up consultation. As scheduled a follow up call was also made by the clinic team two weeks later.

                        Ms. Beauty, while we understand that you are not satisfied with the results of the treatment, you will agree that our clinic doctor has addressed your concerns and informed you about the requirement of multiple sessions to achieve better results.

                          I have had kaya facials at chennai at mumbai where in the services provided were much better. The staff was courteous and provided complete information about the facial. Here the staff is trying to sell a higher end facial which is fine but i'm given no information with regards to facial not involving decollate area and neck. So i offered to pay after the service. Yet they took complete payment. They did not provide me change and when i asked they said there is no need to change as you facial involves only the face. This is unacceptable when the norm of all facials is neck and decorate area. If it doesn't involve that then it should be made clear before. Very disappointed with kaya banjara hill. I'd rather get my treatment from naturals salon. Pathetic! I'm surprised in a place like banjara hills you can afford to have such kind of staff! Surprised! Wouldn't want to come again here ever. They are saying they will take 45 days to provide refund.

                            I got a prp and mnrf treatment done at kaya skin clinic worth 65k from bangalore, indira nagar clinic. I had some simple open pores and pigmentation issue. They promise so much before the treatment. Had my skin changed even 10% i wouldnt compain but i dont feel any difference on my skin. After the session it is similar to getting a facial done, which feels good for a day or two but nothing later. 65k is a huge amount!!! I dont think its worth...

                            I am deeply saddened by kaya services. It's unsatisfactory. Firstly they charged like 5k for front laser which included arola cleavage and abdomen line. Now for maintenance they are charging 3.5k. I'm not satisfied with the results too. After having 6 complete session. I find the hard growth near arola has not gone yet. This is not value for money.

                              I have visited kaya skin clinic rajouri garden for laser treatment, complete body. Their on the basis of the consultation & assurance by your staff members, manager and by skin clinic doctor that minimum (85-90%) my hair will be permanently removed in 6 sessions and remaining (10-15%) get mild and unnoticeable.

                              I agreed to pay amount 1, 40, 000/- rs for 6 sitting, the amount is bit higher from the standard amount, but for quick results and more better service and i paid it.

                              In the starting i was told the results and the amount are same from "cutera" and from "pain free". But after 1st sitting, your staff ask me to pay 14000/- more, if i want to shift from cutera to pain free.. And i paid that too.

                              I didn't notice any results, even after 2nd sittings and i complained but again your staff persuade me and assured me that will get results towards the last sitting.

                              I only agreed for laser treatment because of (85%-90%) commitment and assurance of permanent removal of hair from dr. And from kaya staff.
                              Skin burn from 2 places in first sitting by rockson.
                              Almost all the sittings done but the result is zero.
                              No difference in hair neither in hair growth.
                              Total amount paid 1, 54, 625/-
                              Do confirm your staff about the commitment they do.
                              Do refund my amount or will take legal help.

                                I paid in end Dec 2017 for six facial of Dermage at a discount price of 17k plus and had booked te first facial Dermage for 13 Jan. However I when I made a call for confirmation of appointment i was informed that the kit for Dermage was not available and could take sometime to come. First and foremost they shld hve clld me up and informed me as i would have wasted my time going there. Secondly when kaya charges in advance it had bttr keep the kit ready. On 14 Jan i rcd a call saying my appointment is confirmed for 15jan but today i got a call saying they don't hve the kit. Iam amazed at the disorganized way in which kaya functions. I spoke to my relations manager Ms love a who promised to help but i hve not heard frm her till now. I expect full refund from kaya failing which I will b compelled to go to consumer court.                                   I am lifetime laser client with kaya since 2005 and since 2008 i have only availed this service once a year due to relocating to another city. However at the time of signing up i was assured i will able to use my benefits all across india but i found moving branches within city such inconvenience that i rather choose to avail the service only once a year instead.
                                  In last october when i contacted my branch i was informed that i needed to provide the proof of my purchase as they no longer have access to my records which was very shocking for me as it was a confidentially issue however i wasn’t given any prior notice about their sudden change in the policy and i paid full price to avail my service (I wasn’t even offered a discount as a good will gesture as it was originally their fault for loosing my details and not informing me of their changed policy).
                                  I somehow got over it, and contacted them again to book another appointment after 3months with the evidence of purchase this time and learnt that they have discontinued the lifetime laser product (As the name suggest) it’s hard for me to understand how can kaya choose to make such big changes without informing the customer through any correspondence!??? I find it extremely deceiving and exploitation of my customer consumers rights. I demand kaya to make a full and details explaination of such extortionist act?!!

                                    I took full body laser package in 2015 and paid some 2 lakh rs to kaya ghatkoper clinic. I told while joining that i dont stay in india so i cannot come regularly and i was told by the staff and doctor that it will not have any impact and my hairs will go away and any next to minimal hairs left might require few maintenance sessions. Also i was granted reward points worth 11000 rs and was told they are lifetime points that never expire. I got my sessions completed in a span of 2 yearss and finally i am left with 3-4 times more hair growth in few body parts (Specially my face) which has left me in very embarrasing situation. When i complaint against this to the customer care, archana rane from customer care talked to me and was very rude and blunt. She said she cannot do anything and asked me to talk to the doc. I consulted kaya doctor at kandivali and she told the ghatkopar doctor did not tel me the correct thing and since i got my treatment done in long span and was not regular so i am facing all hair issues. This was kaya’s fault and when i again talked to archana rane, she was again rude and said she cant help and thats the only solution.
                                    On top of that when i thought o[censored]sing my reward points to convert into maintenance session i was surprised to know that all my points have expired without any notification. Again archana rane came to picture and she was rude and do not know how to talk to customers. I told i have some 10k-11k worth rs points and and she said she will give me coupon for it as its kaya’s issue they did not inform me and i was told my points wont expire. I made a mistake here as after telling that points are worth 10-11k rs i also told some 10k points must be there instesd of 100k. Now when i asked fo my coupons she says that she can give me just 1000 rs worth coupons. Policy have changed and all other excuses. I dont understand how its my fault that policy has changed and i was not even notified about it. When i had clearly told my points are worth 10 to 11 thousand rs how can she say its my fault and she cannot help me. She was extremely rude and i dont understand how come kaya lets sych peope do the customer facing. I asked her for escalation matrix and she told i will recieve a call and after so many hours also i have not got any call.
                                    This shows kaya is clearly cheating its customers making false promises and on top of that asking me that where is it written points wont expire.
                                    Wont suggest kaya to anyone and would put my horrible experience over all social media’s unless kaya resolve this issue and return me my money.

                                      I have had the most terrible experience with kaya skin clinic at the mega mall outlet in gurugram.

                                      I had gone to this clinic on 5 january 2018 to enquire about the laser hair reduction service and there they told me there is an offer ending that very day so i should sign-up immediately (I realised later that this was just a cheap marketing tactic because when a customer is clearly saying they want to think about it, these women were coercing me which in itself is a highly unethical way of doing this kind of business which involves complex medical treatments that the client should have the chance to think about sufficiently).

                                      In any case, i paid an advance that day (5 jan 2018) of rs. 37, 250 (Over 2 bills of 36, 960 + 290; see attached) as i was told that i could just block the offer now and finalise it later. Nothing at all was mentioned about "no refund" of my advance payment. (Separately, i was also not informed about the fact that the package has a life of only 18 months - i read this later on the receipt. This crucial information was not even given to me while i was making the payment. Again a professional failure by kaya)

                                      I decided the next day (6 jan) to cancel this package because i was advised to avoid this laser treatment since i am undergoing ayurvedic therapies. So the very next day i went back to kaya and asked for a refund. They told me they can't do anything now but they would call me on monday (8 jan) to process the refund, telling me not to worry and that i would get my refund.

                                      They never called on 8 jan like they promised and so i called them back the day after, on 9 jan. Then they told me actually they haven't processed my request yet because i would first have to meet with the doctor to get her approval. This was the first time they mentioned this since my refund request on 6 jan. I asked them how can the doctor be involved at this stage as i did not take even a single session yet. Still they insisted to meet the doctor.

                                      So i went again to the clinic and met with the doctor the next day (10 jan) who told me actually there is nothing for her to say about this since i didn't take any session at all! That's exactly what i had told them on the phone so basically this whole visit was a waste of time. They took the opportunity to market their other services, pushing me to use the money to avail of some other treatments, which i did not want. They then told me to email customer care for my refund which i did (They could have told me this on the phone instead of calling me all the way to the clinic again).

                                      I got a reply from customer care the next day (11 jan) saying they cannot refund my money. So i went back to the clinic to find out what was happening and they say give us another day to sort it out and they will call me the next day (12 jan). Again, of course, they didn't call and so the day after (Today, 13 jan) i called them and they tell me the refund will not be possible.

                                      I am absolutely furious at the harassment and the complete lack of professional and ethical behaviour by kaya. I have not taken a single session of treatment and not a single product from them and neither did i finalise the laser package but they are refusing to return my advance money of rs. 37, 250. This is simply daylight robbery! How can you block someone's money when they haven't taken any product or service from you and nor do they want to??

                                      I cannot even say i want a refund because technically a 'refund' is 'against products or services' but here there have been no products or services given. Only an advance has been paid. They have incurred no inconvenience or arrangement/preparation expenses at all as i cancelled even before taking a single session. So on what grounds are they holding onto my money? They have simply taken my money and not returning it. This is a pure con job.

                                      Reading about the sheer number of complaints against kaya on the internet and seeing how many people have suffered because of their unethical practices, i think a broader campaign against kaya should be launched and their operating license taken away if they do not correct the way they conduct business.

                                      I wish to communicate to kaya that if my money is not returned immediately, i will be forced to take legal action and sue for:
                                      - forcibly taking and keeping my money against my will and without any products or services delivered
                                      - unethical business practices
                                      - emotional harassment

                                      Hi even mine was the same problem .Yesterday i went to kaya clinic (4th Jan) and doctor has suggested me to go for inta skin brilliance and i have payed amount of 10600 rs. Actual cost of that treatment of 16000.But i asked them that can i pay half and later half.. they asked me to pay 10600. and I did. Later i came across few people saying the dermatologist who is going to treat my skin is the same one who spoiled other faces and right now i can see many feedbacks about kaya.. i am 24 yrs and my skin has not much problem . just a pigmentation problem i have now.. I would like a refund of my money 10600! on my bank account.. Kindly consider my case .As am a young i dont feel like spoiling my face.                                       I got my refund and you should too. Email them and demand your rights. If they don't agree, you can take them to Consumer Court.
                                      After going through the numerous complaints regarding pushing for sale through tactics like "this offer is going to end today", misinformation (validity period not informed), suo moto change in service conditions like addition of validity clause after purchase of service without my consent and denial of refund of an unused package even the next day of purchase among others, It seems that this has become a standard practice with kaya.

                                      It is really unfortunate to see how low this brand has dived ever since my (continued) association with kaya for over 12 years. My complain in this regard can be seen at
