I paid for laser treatment. I got 1 session for full body, but developed hypo-pigmentation, other skin problems and acne after that. I spoke to the manager (Ms. Swati) at the center. She said the remaining balance will be refunded to me. It's been over 16 months and there is no progress on the refund.
I am tired of going to the pusa road center for this, the customer service department has been of no help till now.
I can't continue to take full body laser treatment as it is causing skin problems. Payment has been made against services to be delivered from kaya. Now, there is no service delivered against pre-payment for the same. Unless i get a refund, this amounts to cheating, as kaya has taken money from me, not given service and now it is not refunding the money also, despite repeatedly telling me that the money will be refunded. One does not expect such bad service and customer response from a brand like kaya. Are customers #? Is there no such thing as commitment? Is there any responsible person in the company? Why i have never got a straight answer? Will kaya refund my transport costs & compensate for the time i have spent in this matter?
The funny part is, kaya branch office itself cannot get a response from corporate office for the past 1 year, where the matter is to be resolved (Allegedly). This shows their commitment to customer service. The level of incompetency and carelessness is epic! That too when you are dealing with something so important as a woman's skin. Shame on kaya... Nobody should take kaya services, and the company should take responsibility for the customers already duped.
