I have paid 17400 rs for 4 session of fractional laser underarm treatment on 28 march 2015.
After completion of services kaya skin clinic doctor advised me to continue the services for better result then on 30 october 2015 i extended the fractional laser services for 4 more session and paid rs 14875. After providing 2 session of the services kaya punjabi bag clinic refused to provide the remaining 2 session by saying that my bill is not right.

Additionally i have paid rs 7999 for some other additional 6 sessions as per doctors advice. I have taken 2 sessions from 6. Now they refused to give me remaining 4 session.

After a lot of calls and waiting i contacted the customer care but these people are out rightly refusing me to help by saying. What is the proof that your claim is right. I have told them that doctor as well as staff is my proof

But still these people are refusing to refund.

After such a long tussle i have faced bitter mental agony and humiliation.
I want my remaining amount back with interest. I do not want any srrvices from them now

Kindly help me to get my refund back.

At the time of redemption of voucher, m asked u cannot take these services. we have to spend more then 1000 to redeem stupid voucher. what rubbish voucher kaya has given. please don't make fool o[censored]r clients. u r looting people. pathetic customer care n so for ur salon staff

Somebody please start a twitter campaign against Kaya Skin Clinic Management and Owners so that in future nobody gets cheated. Kaya should shut down.

    This is to bring to your attention a serious unacceptable practice at ahmedabad kaya navrangpura clinic’s part.

    I'd bought the full body laser hair removal package from kaya koramangala clinic. Prior to this purchase, i had already bought the lifetime value package for 3 body parts: face, chest, and abdomen from the ahmedabad satellite clinic. When i informed kaya koramangala about my prior life time value package with kaya, i was assured that the 6 sessions for the 3 body parts (For which i had already paid) worth of will be adjusted against the new full body laser package.

    I moved to ahmedabad in june 2016 and continued to take the remaining sessions from the kaya navrangpura clinic. Whenever i’d take the chest, abdomen, and face laser, i’d inform the technician about putting it under the life time maintenance sessions. She’d said okay and continued with the service. Without my knowledge i realised that they were charging me from the new full body package. This has to be taken extremely seriously since it is cheating me through misinformation.

    I shouldn't have had to pay double for the same body parts. I only agreed to pay for the full body package since i was assured that my prior purchase will be adjusted.

    Kindly advise and inform me at the earliest how will you sort this.

    I have been an old customer of kaya and am shocked by this practice. It is extremely frustrating that the clinics have not been able to solve this. I have been following up with them since two months now. Kindly reply with a solution urgently.

    I have made phone calls to the two clinics and spoke to the managers, i have emailed at the two email ids provided on kaya's website. I have not received any response so far.

    A resolution will be fulfilling the promise made at the time of the second purchase: crediting my account with the the six sessions for three medium body parts. This will account for what i had already paid for.

    I have already emailed and called on these contacts you mentioned and there has been no response. This has been made clear in my email. The response from the Navrangpura clinic is also evasive. Every time I call the clinic the manager I’m told that the manager is busy.

      I paid for laser treatment. I got 1 session for full body, but developed hypo-pigmentation, other skin problems and acne after that. I spoke to the manager (Ms. Swati) at the center. She said the remaining balance will be refunded to me. It's been over 16 months and there is no progress on the refund.

      I am tired of going to the pusa road center for this, the customer service department has been of no help till now.

      I can't continue to take full body laser treatment as it is causing skin problems. Payment has been made against services to be delivered from kaya. Now, there is no service delivered against pre-payment for the same. Unless i get a refund, this amounts to cheating, as kaya has taken money from me, not given service and now it is not refunding the money also, despite repeatedly telling me that the money will be refunded. One does not expect such bad service and customer response from a brand like kaya. Are customers #? Is there no such thing as commitment? Is there any responsible person in the company? Why i have never got a straight answer? Will kaya refund my transport costs & compensate for the time i have spent in this matter?

      The funny part is, kaya branch office itself cannot get a response from corporate office for the past 1 year, where the matter is to be resolved (Allegedly). This shows their commitment to customer service. The level of incompetency and carelessness is epic! That too when you are dealing with something so important as a woman's skin. Shame on kaya... Nobody should take kaya services, and the company should take responsibility for the customers already duped.

      Hi I have taken dermaroller treatment service with them.. I had paid the full money for the service at adyar kaya. I have got registered with the mobile no [protected]. I was pregnant, I attended only one session. Now they are saying that the session service has expired. they should not cheat like this.

        I visited kaya vashi for lazer treatment. On expressing my concern about treatment, the doctor poornima jhatkar misbehaved with me. She went on saying"it is very difficult to handle patients like u" this was all because i expressed concern. I am highly dissapointed with kaya service. Being a regular cistomer, experiencing such rude behaviour from a doctor makes me very sad. I think i am not gonna be a kaya member anymore

          I had visited kaya for an assistance and the counsellor there started to convince me to buy the products. As i was suffering from acne and now had to go with this brand as i heard a lot about it. So finally i decided to buy the products and I spent around 4k for their products but no use, i now have so much of acne on my face and also the counsellor over there is so rude. They even gave me the products that have manufacturing of September 2016. I need an urgent refund for my hard earned money. If not done, i'll have to take further legal actions.

            This product is a ###, so greasy it gave me so many breakouts.not recommended for oily skin at all.
            I was a regular customer of kaya I have been using daily use sunscreen but initially what kaya Skin Clinic used to manufacture was spf - 15, that was good but now they have stopped manufacturing spf - 15 and instead of that they are manufacturing spf - 30.
            Trusting the kaya staff I purchased this spams unscreened and I spoiled my entire face with acne.
            Now it's more then a month and I had a flaw less face and now it is full of acne. That too they forced me to buy two stating product is good and may get out of stock soon. It costed me 1580 for two tubes, that is for waste and Now besides my writing to them no action has been taken and instead of the solution they are telling me to take peels worth Rs 14000. Greasy people and I am totally disappointed.

            Kaya people are very irresponsible, as per kaya customer care response they promised me refund. As per their instructions I went to kaya clinic returned product, but to my surprise the attendant there was not ready to take them and when I asked refund she said I won't give it there and then. First will contact kaya customer care support then will mail you. I went on Sunday 19th november and today is Tuesday I have not received response from these people. Such an unacceptable behaviour

              After so many follow up with kaya. They told me over call that they are going to refund my money but again i got this email saying that they can't do it. I have to choose between availing another service or gift voucher.

              This is what i replied to them —

              As i said earlier i cannot avail any service as i am planning to move abroad and will not be coming back anytime soon.

              That's why i asked for the urgent refund refund as i don't want my money to get stucked with kaya which seems like it's stucked already.

              I understand your policy however if there is any exception then you should also take it into consideration.

              Gift voucher are of no use for me as i'll not be available here to redeem that and secondly i would value my money more than those vouchers because that's my money i'm not asking for any compliment or privilege from your company! That's my money that i paid there for nothing! If i would know about customer service i would have never went there.

              I had asked to refund my money asap within 2 days and one of your representatives from central customer team told me that she is going to initiate the refund after i get a call which i didn't receive so far (Since 1 week).


              Kindly do something valuable to save my time and energy in writing you again and again else i have other alternatives as well to get my money back right away.

                Though i went in the month of sept 2017, to kaya skin clinic hyderabad liberty, iam informed that no points are reflecting against your name i had, 5025 points, which is lost by their negligence as i my appointment was postponed. At present remaining 5025 is reflecting instead of 1050. I do not wish to take the facials in this hostile atmosphere, hence 9000rs
                Which i paid may be kindly refunded... Dr anita. I have been a client of kaya since 2002. Further iam to state that i have paid for 8 sittings o[censored]nderarm, only 6 have been taken by me, other two sittings. Have been deleted as i have complained. Kindly refund rs 9000/- as after 3 sittings, i may be asked to go without giving all. Sittings.

                  I have been writing mails to kaya since early this year on how their services are not providing expected results but after they took my contact details i have not received any mail or calls from them. The service providers don't seem to care once they have already received the money. Very dissapointing, had a high regard for the brand. Not any more.

                    I joined kaya clinic in 2006. After a gap i again joined in 2011. They always suggest to buy sessions during offer periods to whi h i always aggred.in may i asked them about my session and they said you have around 5-6 session left. I took one and went to nashik clinic in june they confirmed that i have 5 sessions left and suggested to take peels.in july i booked my appointment on a saturday for monday and they said you have one session left. On monday they refused to give me session as there was no sessions left. They kept me waiting and then refused. Its cheating with such an old customer. Kaya can't afford to loose such customers. I want my money back or my sessions back.

                      I hve a grevience to report

                      I have paid for 12 sessions for my hair nourishment treatment in kaya kilpauk, chennai. Problem is they hve cancelled my appointment without my knowledge if am unavailable to take the calls when they call me.. They are unresponsive when i call back and when i go there for my session i ll be informed that my appointment stands cancelled.. When it happened for the first time i hve raised my voice and they accomodated me and gave the session.. Today again the same thing happened. The reason they are saying is i was unavailable to confirm when they ring me up.. I returned the calls for some 6 times and they didn't respond.. And they informed me they can't give the session when i went to their place to avail the service.
                      Dnt you hve a better system to communicate with the customers without troubling them..

                        I had paid around 41k in advance for the laser treatment at kaya skin clinic lulu mall kochi. I didn't take any session.. Because of bad reviews and unforeseen circumstances i wanted to cancel my treatment. I requested them for refund my money no. Of times but the team sounds like illiterate and doesn't know what to say. They just put me on hold and discuss with each other for 5-6 mins and come back to say that i will get a call. Which i never got. Now they have blocked my number and not responding at all. Such a thief! Its been 2 months now. Pathetic management and staff. Thank god i decided to cancel the treatment. They just getting salary for nothing!! I've decided that if i don't get my money refunded i'll get it done with other sources.. Consumer courts are there for sure!!!

                        Your staff and data has all my contact numbers and email address but if you want I'll send you again. First you need to train your staff how to deal with such cases. They just don't know anything except sitting idle and let the customer bark. It's been 2 months and I'm going to visit your main office in mumbai and also gotta send this to S.Subramanian as well if you do not refund my whole amount by tomorrow. it's been enough now.

                          Kaya is nightmare of all times for me. I would personally stop my friends and family for taking up any kaya sessions.
                          First of all untrained pathetic staff and they make fun of customers. Secondly on insist of kaya staff and doctor i took aqua therepy for my acne but my acne became worse and i was asked to take my remaining two sessions of acne later. I was told by kaya staff to take laser hair removal meanwhile and for this hair removal maintenance i can use aqua therepy sessions. If not i can convert this to any other session. On insist i took that but i was completely cheated, tough hair removal sessions did not brought my hair count less on top of that my remaining two sessions for acne was deleted. Now with multiple insist they are not activating those two sessions. I had regular follow ups with doctor and staff but everyone refused me to continue on that. I paid my full amount for entire session and i was clearly cheated for that. I am going ahead and raising complaint at other places as well. But way disappointed with kaya staff and service. This happened at kaya skin clinic bangalore jaynagar.

                            I am not satisfied with the service. I have bad odour in my underarms. And the hair growth is completely normal. Even after the maintenance service i am not satisfied. I need my money back. The people here are very rude and not answering me properly. The doctor will just see and go. She will send other lady and they didn't explain me about maintenance sessions earlier. Please do the needful. I had raised a complaint earlier and they marked it as resolved. They didn't resolve my issue.

                              Hi,

                              I have done facial in kaya skin clinic on 2nd october in ashok nagar chennai. After the service manager and the lady (Who done the facial for me) forced me to buy the advanced acne care kit and sun screen and they have told that this product will not affect my skin. So based on their recommendation i have bought that product. I tried the product and first time itself i got so much of irritation, rashes and pimples in my face. It looks very weird i called them and told that i am getting so much of skin problem so i wan to return the product. But i didn't get proper response from them. I want to return the product and i don't want to use any product. Its very bad experience.

                                I had gone to kaya skin clinic for a facial coz i had my engagement function coming up and they tricked me into buying a really expensive package called q switch treatment. The reason i had gone to kaya was just a glow facial or brightening facial for my function. I had an extremely clear, spotless skin but i am just a little dusky with minor pigmentation around the mouth. I didn't have any sort of problem with my skin but she tricked me into believing that i have hyper pigmentation on my forehead by doing some test and told me if i don't do a treatment now it will increase later and then it will be difficult to treat. Now after 4 sessions of this q switch treatment, i have become 2 shades darker than what i was and i am getting so many big painful pimples which are leaving scars behind. Scars which are so dark that i am unable to hide even with make up. I paid 30 thousand for a treatment which was supposed to make my skin more even and remove whatever little pigmentation i have but all i am left with how is darker skin with pigmentation all over and acne scars all over my face. How can a reputed place like kaya do this and if it's so bad why is their licence not banned. I can see a number of complaints for kaya and how they are fooling people and making money out of it. You cannot fool consumers like this and play with their confidence and emotions. I am slated to get married soon and with this skin i don't even know how to face all the guests. I'll have to go through a number of other treatments to get rid of these marks and i don't even know if they'll work. Technically, i paid 30 thousand to get my skin ruined and now another 40-50 thousand to get it recitified and the mental stress i am going through cannot even be quantified. This is ridiculous what kaya is doing and i definitely deserve a refund. And kaya needs to be shut down for doing this to their customers. I am going to try everything possible to make sure some serious action is taken against kaya.

                                Not gonna share my number on a public platform. Sending it again on the registered email Id.
                                It's been a week since I have shared my number and there's been no response from kaya. I even put in a mail directly but I guess kaya skin clinic is too busy cheating their customers to find time to reply to a mail or call to sort out the matter. This issue may seem small to you because you probably get way too many complaints anyway but it's not for us customers.

                                  Okay, so i am a kaya client since more than 8 years now and recently i had purchased kaya's full body pain free laser hair removal package of 6 sessions for 50, 000/- and after taking only 3 sessions i got a call from kaya saying that my package consists of only 4 sessions and the manager (Ms. Shubhra saraswat) who had booked my package doesnt work with them anymore. So, there is no one to cross check as well.
                                  To my surprise when i checked online i figured out i aint the only one with same issue. Its one of d pre planned scam of kaya thats recently biin happening with a lot of people across india.
                                  I am also gonna add pictures of there complaints here. And none of the issues has bin resolved yet.
                                  They are all frauds and cheats. Con people for there money.

                                    I got a facial done from kaya skin clinic. Immediately after a day i got severe infection not only on my facial skin but inside the eyes as well. I had to change 3 doctors as it was not getting any lesser by the medication because of the severe infections. All the doctors were of same opinion that some product which is either expired or of bad quality has been applied to your face.

                                    This is regarding my skin treatment from your valued kaya skinclinic, preet vihar.
                                    I went there for treatment of my skin which had white heads on my skin. On consulting with dr shivani, she advised me to go for 4 peelings and 4 q-switch sessions and your skin will be fine and pigmentation will also reduce. On trusting her, i blindly paid approx 30, 000. And apart from that i was told to use your products which are not so less in price.
                                    Apart from that your staff at the centre forced me to take their facials and made me paid rs. 7, 500 for aqua radiance. I paid that also because i was scared about my skin.
                                    And after taking 2 sessions of peelings and 3 sessions of q-switch and facials. I couldn't see any visible change in my skin, pigmented skin have become more darker moreover i started getting acne's. Now my skin has become more worse. Every day i am getting new acne's on my skin which are painful too.

                                    Apart from these expensive treatments, facials and products, i had been prescribed sotret medicine and few gels from outside. I used that also. But after doing so much effort nothing is helping. And your staff manipulate by making you believe that skin has become better which is a complete lie and they try to make money by offering more maintenance sessions.
                                    I am highly disappointed from your services and treatments.
                                    I have already paid approx 50k and now not intersted in continuing this.

                                    I swear they are just pain .
                                    They called me to their preetvihar clinic for doctor's review so that they can further process my refund however till today(been more than 15 days) havnt recieved any mail or communication from them. They are cheaters.

                                      This is the complaint regarding excessive facial hair growth after laser treatment. I have been through 8 facial treatments in the past 1.5 years and the facial hairs have actually increased and become more thickened. Moreover, the acne is increased. If you ask them the reason they are numb regarding it. And the staff try to manipulate by making you believe that hair growth has gone less than the previous sessions which are actually not true. The common thing that hair growth will go down after 6 sessions never happen and they try to make money by offering more maintenance sessions.

                                      Some questions to the kaya executives who advertise the products and offers
                                      1. Why a false advertising statement is given to the customers that the facial hair growth will go down after 6 sessions. And after 4 maintenance sessions, the hair growth will definitely go down. Coz this never happens and the facial skin gets worse after more sessions. They ask people to get some hormonal tests done. The hormonal growth is completely flawless. So, kaya skin care, please have a look at your faulty services which ruin girls' confidence by giving them excessive and thickened facial hair growth.
                                      Help of consumer court can be sought for in such circumstances.

                                      2. Kaya skin clinic does not have a certification of the topmost dermatologists that the skin care provided is actually worth and scientifically proven. This is also observed that the doctors don't guide through the correct procedure and manipulate the customers to take more maintenance sessions after having excessive hair growth.

                                      Can you please provide an explanation to the above complaints?
