I am deeply dissappinted with Kaya pusa road. I repent i chose kaya above other skin clinics.
My skin was suffering from an allergy and i had got an appointment to see the dermatologist. Around 5.40 again i called and asked that can i see the dr as i was leaving from my place and was constantly in touch with Neha there and had to see Dr priyanka. When i was on my way a message came from kaya that your appointment is fixed for next day 9 am. I immediately called them again that i m on my way and i got this message. Again the lady at kaya said maam you can come.
When i was about to reach i got a call from kaya clinic that the Dr is leaving and she cant see you. I told them that you should have conveyed this before as i am almost their. Lakhbir the lady at kaya did not listen to me at all and i felt miserable as i was already in pain because of my allergy. What kaya did was totally unacceptable.Its highly unprofessional and inhumane. After all this the lady had the audacity to suggest that you can go to Pacific mall on Saturday and meet Dr priyanka.

    I had not received an appointment call in 5-6 months so i decided to call kaya vasant kunj in delhi. I was informed that my id was blocked. The person said they will unblock my id and give me an appointment. It didn't happen. So called the same place 2 weeks later and they were extremely apologetic and promised the same thing yet again. This time it must have unblocked but made an appointment at 8 am on a friday! I'm sure the store is not even open then. When i called back to say i couldn't attend this one, for obvious reasons, they promised to rescheduled. I am still waiting for that, 2 months later. It looks like they are in the business of taking upfront money and not catering to followed up appointments!

      I booked appointment for hair reduction on[protected]. Kaya himayatnagar postponed it. They also made me to come the day after ganesh immersion day and informed that my points of 500 are deleted. It is due to fault of management hence i request to return the 500 points as i am not at fault as i was given appointment before the points got deleted. I also have paid 9000 rs. As there is communication gap, i am uncomfortable to continue treatment here. Hence i would not like to continue as client for further services

        I took a photofacial package on[protected] for 10 sessions. Yesterday went for my 6th sitting and got to know that very conveniently they have generated another invoice for 5 sittings instead. And asking me to buy another package as i've consumed 5 sittings. I was shocked and told them that's not possible. They said it's not possible to change anybody's invoice on the system. Luckily i have the old invoice with me else there was no way of proving what i'm saying. What a scam.!
        This after being their loyal client for 12 years.!

        Hi dsoin, this same scam happened with me as well, i had paid for 6 sittings pain free laser full body, and after 4 sessions they are telling me, i was charged for 4 sessions only . I tried contacting customer care and complaints department almost 2 months back ., no action is taken yet. They are all frauds and cheats.

          I had taken a package for upper lip laser at the kaya skin clinic at kala ghoda, mumbai. After 6 sessions, which were done in a span of 6 months, i did not get any result and hair keeps growing at the same pace every month. I started towards the end of jan'17 and my last session was on 29th jul'17. I went back to the clinic on 19th sep'17 to show the doctor about my hair growth which was quite visible and dense. The doctor completely denied and refused to acknowledge and i wasn't given any additional services. Moreover was asked to take up maintenance sessions and pay for the same. They have completely cheated me and keep looking for an opportunity to make money out of it. I need a full refund of the package that i had taken and will advise no one to visit kaya at any given point for any treatment. They are the biggest frauds.

            I'm dr gausal
            I've been a kaya client for the past 7 years
            I've moved to chennai recently
            I went to the nearest kaya to take my service
            I asked them about prp and microneedling
            They did give me information
            And i booked an appointment and payed the amount of rs 40000 in the month of july i have take the service that is 2rf and 1prp
            Now they have been calling me continuously nagging and asking me to pay money for another 3 prp and 3 microneedling in which they have offers so i had to pay an amount of 80000 on 5/8/2017
            And i enquired who would do the sessions
            They told dr trishna would do!
            But lately she has informed prior that she's leaving the concern
            No body has informed me that she's leaving
            Because i'm her patient and i have some 3 more sessions
            No coordination and no prior intimation
            No calls for further appointment
            They just nag us to pay money! But after that they don't care what care u get!
            Now i'm kindly very un satisfied about how they behave
            I kindly want to quit my services and want an refund!
            This ain't a small amount
            Please look forward to the issues and get back as soon as possible

              I am a client with your kaya skin clinic at powai. I am highly disappointed with the services. I am kaya client for more than 10 years.
              I have bought various packages for skin and hair. For last two week ends the clinic is cancelling my appointment last minute informing that we doeill call you but i have yet to receive the call.

              I am very upset as we are given good treatment till we pay for the packages. Once the amount is paid the service are not given properly.

              Last time when i had my hair therapy the therapist was not well and he service was not completed properly. I was also unhappy with the skin treatment which was given to me.

              I would like to come and meet some higher person personally to discuss my grievances. If it is not possible to give proper services i would request you to refund my full amount.
              I am sure kaya would definately address this grievance for me

                It is to submit that iam a kaya client since 2001, and i had 500 points previous old one, and another 5025 points new, total 1025 points, 500 last date was 3-9-2017, so i booked for forearm hair reduction, on 2 and i was asked to come later next day, next day being saturday i could not be accomadated and was asked to come after lord ganesh immersion day. Due to their mismanaging of them pistponing my appointment, i lost my reward points, it is requested kindly to return the points as i was given an appointment but not given treatment as the person who booked me was not available, a very fat woman at the counter said she will find out regarding maintanence of hair reduction rate and so she postponed my appointment, since i was forced to lose my reward points which i procured by paying in thousands, and the staff are casually saying, your points are deleted and nothing is showing on screen. Kindly either return the points 500 lost or kindly return the 9000/- i have paid 20 days back for face treatment as i may again beill treated by the staff who are callous... Dr anita

                  I started getting white patches on my neck due to kaya treatment. And the dermatologist advised not to proceed with further treatment as these white patches can spread. Hence due to medical reasons i was unable to continue with my treatment however kaya had collected full amount initially which they are refusing to refund now.

                  Even if the patient suffers due medical skin conditions. They say they do not have any refund policy. And they cannot refund it.

                    My wife took a consultation in kaya, anna nagar for pigmentation. the doctor told us that peeling (cosmo) is best option. the cost of treatment was 14000 rs which i paid. and it was also told that after 3 sitting one can see the lowering of pigmentation. after six seating and 6 month of treatment not even 10% reduction is seen while my wife did not went out and took all the precautions using sunscreen and what not. point is the so called doctor did not tell us that about the success rate of the said treatment. they just convince us that we pay and job is done. what is responsibility of these so called doctor if their treatment does not work. who is responsible if these doctor are nothing but sales man.
                    who is responsible for the pain, mental trauma my wife has gone thru and time wasted due the irresponsible behaviour of these doctors of kaya. i need these peoples should be held responsible for the product which they are selling without informing the customer.

                      Me and my sister took a painless laser treatment for full body in 2014. We took few services but all were not too frequently. When i recently visited on 25 july at kaya green park, new delhi (Where my treatment was going on) to book an appointment. They said they don't have any such account on our name for any full body. I told them few months when i same it was all there and i bloody have paid lacs for the services. Their reply was even more shocking the lady said mam they all have made frauds and the entire staff has been terminated, thrown out of kaya and i was like what do you mean. They said mam we cannot assure you but we will check with our bombay team and will get back. I went back to them a week later saying no one has get back to me. So i requested them to check the files that you maintain for the full body laser clients. She said will check and will inform. Again when i went to them after 10 days the lady said we don't have any file with such names. I was like i can still digest if would have said that you dont have one file but how come you don't have file of people with 2 different names. She said mam we don't have. We have checked all the files. All data is with us but yours. And since then i am chasing them like crazy everywhere. I mailed them where there was no revert not even an acknowledge mail. On twitter, fb. But only response i get there was (Below) and that too when i ping them on their page.

                        I took an appointment from kaya skin clinic, preet vihar branch on 15 july 2017. The dermatologist there suggested me 4 chemical peels for acne treatment, each peel in a gap of 2 weeks. After first peel my skin turned worse.. The clinic people said it is normal and will get better after other chemical peel. After second peel, my skin burned and there was acne all over the face.. Again the doctor said it is normal.. Now i have taken all 4 chemical peels and nothing has improved.. Infact my face is now fully covered with pimples. It was much better earlier.. I want complete refund (Rs 8500) for the horrible services provided.

                          I have removed warts from kaya clinic kolkata saltlake on 16th july 2017, it left hole all over my face and i am looking very weird. Its being more than 2 months the scars are as it is. They gave me some medicines, but nothing is working. I may have to go for some more treatment. Wastage of money. I feel that warts were better than the treatment. And i paid 30000 for making me more ugly. I am not able to show my face in public. It worsened my condition than previous.

                            Hi,

                            I've taken a lifetime laser lower face package from kaya, sector 18, noida in 2005. Since then i've been taking sessions at kaya, and have moved from noida to bangalore now. My package was transferred to kaya bangalore in the year 2007. Since 2007 till now, i've been taking sessions as well.

                            All of a sudden, i've been told by kaya bangalore that they would not provide me services since they're not able to consume the sessions. I did ask them to pull out my papers that had been transferred to them from noida, it did mention that the package was a lifetime package.

                            They agreed to give me the service then, and in the subsequent session which was on monday, 21st aug, they went back to the same theory, that my package isn't a lifetime package. This time, they asked me to leave, and denied providing services.

                            They asked me to write to head office, i did call up and placed a complaint. To my utter dismay, the head office reverted today, telling me they can only communicate what the center has communicated. And that is my package wasn't a lifetime package, but a lifetime value package which isn't the case.

                            I asked what lifetime value package was, and they said it is one which provides 7 sessions only, and that the 7 sessions are exhausted. And then the lady who had called, jennifer, disconnected the call as she did not have answers to my questions.

                            I would like to escalate this as i have not been provided answers to my questions. My questions are as below:
                            1. What package was it on which i had unlimited sessions from 2005 till sep 2016, when the issue surfaced.
                            2. Please provide a copy of the bill on which i've taken this lifetime value package that was talked about.

                            I've also asked the same to the new clinic manager at bangalore, and she's denied providing any information to me. The doctor at the clinic though is aware of the same, as she has been witness to my case. And she is aware that i have a lifetime package. I need this issue looked into and resolved at the earliest.

                              In starting they didn't tell me when i hv to pay second part of my payment and now suddenly they are asking for payment and i didn't have any plan to pay dis amount in dis month. When i asked for a time they talked very rudely that i have to pay this amount today only otherwise i'll not get any facility. I m getting some result but due to sudden asking for payment and also becoz of rude behavior in front of other customers. I will not take any facility from your clinic and will not pay any other amount.

                                As im a memeber o[censored]r kaya skin clinic. I went to a kaya clinic at hsr layout to purchase leter i asked them to redeem my points bt one o[censored]r staff asked me for a code. Really do u think it required a code to redeem my points which i have gain. I have been redeeming points before also at that time no one asked me a code.                                 After reading all these comments I am little confused that I should visit the clinic or not. If kaya the renowned Name cheat on customers and does not give satisfactory result, I hv lost all my hopes of getting healthy skin. Please someone suggest me good skin doctor

                                  Team, i visited the kaya clinic in chennai adyar branch on aug 15th for laser trail for underarms for rs.85. I really liked the service though it pain for an extent. And the representative there was explaining all the services provided here. I was so much interested and opted for pain free laser for rs.30k and made the payment on the same day. And then the itchiness and red bumps started in my underarms over night. The next day morning it really looked like rashes and i was not comfortable to go thru the laser for full body. I called the center and informed about my uncomfortableness and asked for refund of my amount. They asked me to visit the clinic once again to get a doctor's advice. That was a bad conversation with the doctor. The doctor was not ready to listen to what i was explaining, but he was very much trying to brainwash and asking me to undergo the pain free laser. I denied straight and now waiting for them to open a complaint for me. I am not sure why you people are very much fond of customers until getting money. But after getting the money, when i am not ready and wanted the refund, there is no sign of any steps. That's my hard earned money, please do consider. I need my 100% money back. Please do needful. Don't make me to visit your clinic again and again for no reason. I am not sure if this complaint is going to reach the right wars as well. Team, please do needful, i hope you understand my situation.

                                  I am not sure if this is the right place to file the complaint. Because a guy named Akay Saxena called and introduced himself as from Kaya and they will refund my money back to me. I was so happy. However he started to ask the Card number and CV number also. I am not sure how could these information be shared on call and that too to deposit the money. And the true caller says the person is Fradulent#:+[protected].

                                  Team, can you please provide an update on the refund status. You people mentioned that you needed 7 business days and it's over. And I never got my refund nor you people are responding to any of my calls or emails. Your turnaround and help is highly appreciated!!! Please do respond and accelerate the refund process. It is really getting very difficult and troublesome to keep calling you guys more than 10 times and keep sending emails.

                                    To whom it may concern,
                                    I have visited to kaya clinic in viviyana mall located in thane. I have asked for the treatment to reduce the skin tanning.
                                    Dr. Lokhande and mr. Suraj from kaya clinic without testing my skin guided to go for rs 23000/- package which had 3 laser and 3 peels. I was firced to pay full amount at once.

                                    After second session omly i came to know that this treatment is leaving aching and more tanning on face and spiken the same to dr. And suraj but they suggest go for one more session and then we will see.

                                    Its been more than 5 months, even aftet continuuues follow up they are not returning the money just giving assurance that this month we will process.
                                    Pls do the needfull.
                                    If nothing will happen, i will register police complain also against kaya.

                                      Rather than a complaint this is more like a suggestion.

                                      If you are a sensitive skin type, do not go to Kaya for any treatment. They do not have skilled doctors who can examine and give you right solutions. It is more like a beauty salon than a skin clinic. If you go with your problem they will try to cell the variety of service package they have. Be double cautious before you make a payment. If your dermatologist (not from Kaya) recommends only then go for the treatment. Because once you make the payment, trust me it's a a great pain to get it refunded if you wanna cancel the treatment. You will have to follow-up with the branch manager, customer help desk for hundred times. Customer service helpline is really bad. They do not have any update about your complaint. They do not provide information and also dare to disconnect the call.

                                        I was taking treatment for Q switch & Dark circle reduction in Kya Skin clinic. I have paid 100% advance of Rs. 46000/-, wide Invoice No.: INV13561, Receipt No.: INVRS098, Dated 10/12/2016. After taking full money, I was assured that there will noticeable change in my complexion & the same can been seen after few treatments. But there is no improvement in my complexion & I also face skin rashes & itching problem (Which I have informed to doctor too). Since last 45 days, my appointments are getting cancel by Kaya. When I have asked reason for cancellation I was informed that doctor was treatment my skin has moved out from Kaya & they have handover my treatment to new doctor. My treatment is not completed though I have paid full money well in advance. When asked for refund they flatly refuse to refund the money by saying that Kaya do not have refund policy. They are forcing me to go for treatment with new doctor (Which I have refuse) or forget the refund.
