I had purchased a full body lazer package from kaya for 6 sessions in december 2013. I don't live in india and so i could only avail of their services when i came to india, usually once a year. I have so far redeemed 3 of the 6 sessions. I was told this time that the package has expired and my account will not be reactivated. I was assured at the time of purchase that the package has no expiration. This is appalling!

    I went to kaya skin clinic during may 2017.. They assured me to repair my face through package of 45, 000 which includes 6 peels n 6 q switch. But as they were nt hvng any permanent doctor so each doctor experimented wid my face n made it more worse than before.. N when i complaint against it, they assured me it will be better when i will avail more sessions but nw they denied to give me more sessions as n said tht my package is over when i asked them tht u hardly have me q switch session.. Thn they said as it doesn't suits my skin so it's no use to give me... M really pissed off.. They turned my face so ugly... Plsss either give me complete sessions according to my package or refund my money..45, 000 is not a small amount..

      Not giving money back, no proper service, negligence towards the customer. No proper treatment. My hair growth in underarms is so normal like usual. What is the use of this service. I want my money back. I am ready to proceed further legally. Take a look at my previous complaint also. They are you not responding. The issue is not solved. They didn't give me appointment also.

        I have been requesting kaya to provide me with my proof of payment/invoice for more than a month now, all i get as a response is another email id... Or another phone number. I had signed up for a "lifetime unlimited" laser hair removal contract in 2005 which at the time was explained to me that i can avail laser hair removal at kaya until i died. However, for the last couple of months kaya has been telling its lifetime customers that their database doesn't have any information regarding the lifetime members and will not serve them post 31st december 2017. The only way around this is for us to sign a document which states that we are agreeing to terminate our services from september/october 2019.
        In a way kaya is telling its lifetime members that - since we don't have any record of you, we have to terminate your services and if you sign a document stating you agree to end your service in 2019 we will do you a favor and extend it until then.
        I have tried numerous times to speak to the staff in the clinic i visit, they say they don't have any records and the head office has the records and we should email them. I emailed as instructed and was redirected to go back to the clinic and the loop carried on.

        We read through your post. We regret any inconvenience caused to you. As you have been informed, We have discontinued lifetime services for all of our clients after having run the scheme successfully for 14 years. A public notice was shared in newspapers across India to this effect on 6th of October 2017.
        However, keeping the client's interest in mind we have given all lifetime scheme clients an extension until 31st Dec 2017 and a further 2-year extension till Sept 2019 on the signing of the loyalty form.

        I received a call from Kaya yesterday (29th December 2017) and i was informed that the bill would be forwarded to my email id then and there, however, once again Kaya failed to keep its word. Have not received anything from them.

A public notice was also issued to communicate the same to our clients on the 6th of October across newspapers in India. While we regret to note your feedback, as mentioned by our colleague Jennifer, we are we are happy to extend the validity of your package to September 2019 as gesture of goodwill. The validity extension can be availed by filling the loyalty form at a Kaya Clinic nearest to you. Ms. Singha your patronage is valued to us, and we look forward to a long standing association with you. Thank you.

        What part of the sentence are you not understanding. I want an invoice/bill of the payment that was made to Kaya.
        I am still confused as to how Kaya can "decide" on when a "lifetime" service will expire, especially when at the time of payment we were informed that "lifetime" means for the lifetime of the client.
        Please clarify. And once again, you seemed to have ignored my request for a proof of payment.

          I have been taking laser treatment sessions from kaya clinic at thane since may 2016 till the present day, i have seen absolutely no difference in the hair growth or any other aspect. I am extremely disappointed with the answers of the team at thane clinic and at their audacity to talk to me about purchasing further sessions when they themselves can see there is no result for the past whole year.
          I have wasted a lot of money, time and energy for almost 18 months now and i would at the least appreciate kaya to redress my grievance and process a refund for the sheer waste of my money.

            This is to inform you that the whole kaya experience is a sham, designed to pull wool over the customer’s eyes. I have been a kaya customer for the last 7 years, using kaya services. This year my regular kaya clinic at green park, new delhi had a complete change of staff due to a fraud supposedly done by the beauty therapists. When i went for my regular facial appointment i was informed that due to a scam in kaya a couple of my gold facials were no longer available as the system showed them as consumed, when the staff and me were aware that it was not the case. This resulted in a loss of money and faith. However, being a regular and loyal customer of kaya i took it in my stride and was assured that nothing similar would happen again.

            To my complete shock, the entire episode was repeated this time with my full body laser package, which you will be well aware costs huge amount. I was again informed that my package was complete as per the software when in fact i had consumed only 4 sessions for the body and paid for 6. For the back only 1 session was consumed and due to unsatisfactory results i decided to not avail laser treatment on the back and therefore should have 5 sessions of back remaining. Further, i have suffered from enhanced facial hair growth and was informed by a kaya therapist that due not following of the guidelines for laser treatment on the face such as putting a wet gauze on the parts of the face not under treatment, i have increased facial hair growth. At this point i am extremely dissatisfied with the service, with enhanced hair growth and supposedly no laser sessions to deal with it. Despite repeated requests to the staff at kaya green park to resolve the issue, no action has been taken thus far. I have also written emails to kaya care and called kaya customer care at least 10 times and each time i am put on hold and never connected to the complaints department.
            The staff at kaya green park refuse to help neither does the customer care department. Not only do i feel cheated but i am also aggrieved by negligent provision of services. Increased facial hair growth due to wrongly carried out laser treatment is causing me great inconvenience and public embarrassment. It would be much appreciated if you could provide a solution for the sub standard service or provide a refund of my money. I will be happy to provide before and after services pictures to you as evidence if required. Request you to please reply with further course of action asap.

              I am parul ahuja and i have been a customer since 2014. I started taking services from kaya in nfc delhi later i switched to kaya gk2 branch due to nfc branch getting closed.
              Neway i am taking services for laser hair removal for bikini and underarms, im now taking maintaince sessions.
              Now my issue is that i went to kaya gk 2 on sunday 17th december 2017, had my appointment scheduled for 12 45 pm after 45 mins of waiting i finally got my session. Now after the session i went to the reception and asked about my pending sessions, to which the receptionist replied i have only 4 sessions remaining for bikini. After that i told her to tell me the price of 4 sessions o[censored]nderarms i ll pay for it and add it to my package, she straight away told me the price of 6+2 sessions, i said no problem ill pay for 6+2 sessions and then i told her to give me d price of 4 sessions of bikini as i avail both these services together, hence i thought by adding 4 more sessions of bikini ill have 8 sessions each o[censored]nderarms and bikini. To my astonishment the next day i just checked the bill and i realised tbat these services have a validity which was only till 15th june 2018 as mentioned in my bill. I callled the at gk2 kaya and spoke with the manager (Shiva) and explained her my entire story and told her to refund me for 4 services if bikini and 4 services o[censored]nderarms as no way ill be able to complete my 8 sessions in the mentioned time span.
              I never knew there's any validity issue neither the receptionist told me about it.in an year i can avail more than 4 to 5 sessions. Hence i want a refund for 4 bikini and 4 underarm services because they didn't give me full information.

                Kaya: marine drive, cochin

                Did sessions o[censored]nder eye and q switch and face peeling. The last session have given a disastrous result of me getting scars all over the face. This happened just before my engagement day and the day was ruined due to looks. Can share the photos if required. I am really dissatisfied with the treatment and i feel that no proper before or after care has been taken adding that i have always mentioned about my sensitive skin. The doctor has prescribed ointment but my face has now got permanent scars which is worse. I’m not interested in the treatment anymore and cannot risk my wedding which is due on jan 19th. I hereby want the full refund as the sessions hasn’t done any help rather than giving scars and burns over the face prominently.

                  Kaya skin clinic punjabi bagh are not giving appointments to the clients. Also when we each there, they say their computer is not showing any appointment after giving the appointment over the phone. Also they use our kaya points. I got a call from bhumika (Works in kaya) she asked for my otp that was sent on my phone and utilised my 24000 points to her use. And i got a msg thanks for paying 60 rs but i did not make any payment at all that day. We are clients from past 10 years and services in kaya has detiriorated tremendously. We don't get any bills for our full cash payments in lakhs of rupees. Please see to it

                    I submitted my complaint on 26th november and no action has been taken yet. I have been constantly calling at the kaya centre at marine drive, ernakulam and all they say is will let you know about the refund after contacting with the head office. And a week back when i called them they said they are ready to redeem my balance through their kaya products. After taking their treatments my skin and acne issues got worser and now they are telling me to use other products. I don’t want to take risk and try with the products again. I paid around 30000 and took 2peeling and 1 facial session and 1 laser treatment and my pending sessions are 1laser 4 peeling sessions and 4 golden facial sessions. I need the refund for the sessions which i have not availed at the earliest.

                      I have been taking kaya clinic service from last 8 months. First i took 1 prp and 2 dremaroller session. As i have acne prone and scars skin. The first seesion was a quite good. But i havent got much result. So i was totally confused what to do nest it costs around 40000 for 4 acne purifying session and 1 prp and 2 dermaroller. But after my last dermaroller sesssion. The doctor convinced me to take one more prp and 2 dermaroller package. And she was quite promisisng that this would make a good change. As i was alittle confused and so much worried about my skin. I have taken that package as well. It s been quite few days, am facing issue with the acne as well as scars. Toatly close to 1 lak ruppess has been wasted over there. Very bad treatment and service. Its totaly emabrassing the behaviour of doctor and staffs.

                        I am extremely baffled to note that there are so many complaints against kaya. I wish i had checked on all this before i enrolled for the laser sessions there.

                        Let me elaborate on my experience-
                        I went to get service for arms laser and the reception kept goading me to take on an additional laser package. They constantly asked me to couple with another body part to avail the 50% discount. Inspite of me refusing, they were very pushy - which was very obvious that they were looking to meet their targets.
                        I asked for laser for my nape my neck and they promised me a beautiful nape - i agreed and paid the entire amount upfront along with half legs
                        On the scheduled day, the team at kaya indiranagar, bangalore seemed skeptical about my neck laser. Anyways they did proceed and in the process burnt my neck -5th/nov /2017.
                        The next day i went to show the burn as it was swelled up and it was burning
                        . I was given tablets and gel and asked to avoid washing my hair for a couple of days.
                        3 days later visited the clinic again and wanted advise if i could get a hair wash - the doctors were missing and i was promised that they woudl get back to me.
                        On the 11th/nov, went back to the clinic and was baffled as one of the doctors informed that the reception had the duty to brief me that of teh risk involved and one of them could be possible burn. Why woudl i accept a package where i can get burnt??? I do not get it why kaya cannot brief their clients of the risks before they greedily accept people's cheques.
                        My husband who was accompanying me demanded a letter of apology from kaya.
                        Also i was informed that the mark on my leg would take 4-5 months to heal - sure they left their mark on me.
                        This is from where everything started spiraling down - responsibility was not being taken from kaya. Indiranagar was passing on the responsibility to bombay and people involved there.
                        I would get a call only if i threatened and and its one month now.. I have not got a favorable solution.
                        Some person from bombay has called me to tell me that
                        1. Letter of apology is not possible
                        2. And this the best - i told concerned people in kaya that i want nothing to do with kaya and i want to be compensated back for all the services that i have enrolled there which have still to be completed - which include -
                        Package 1-half arms and underarms and package 2-half legs and nape
                        The response i got (Hilarious)
                        1. Kaya will compensate for the unconsumed package of the neck (Ofcourse other than regretting the inconvenience) they want to charge me for burning my neck
                        2. For balance part, they can only give me a voucher which i can gift somebody.. Why the hell would i want to spend my money and gift it to somebody so that they can be burnt too.
                        Does that not mean that i have to spend once again to avail the laser service from elsewhere.
                        Are these people into beauty service or cheating services. I am still to hear from the bombay team which i presume is the head office.

                        I am not going to recommend kaya to anyone and particular for their poor quality of customer service and pathetic solutions

                        I woudl be keen to hear from kaya after officially lodging this complaint on their site as to what and how they are going to come back to me.
                        I deserve to be compensated in full or i would be forced to take unpleasant steps

                          I visited your center at pitampura after doing a lot of research from your website about the services you offer but the services i got were totally inappreciable and unacceptable. Though, i was very skeptical right after my first conversation with the client coordinator (Ms. Ruby) but on her insistence and confidence, i went ahead with the faith that i would be offered great money value service but my whole experience turned out to be a great disaster. Firstly, the staff is not well trained, lack communication skills and mannerism. I had requested for 'kaya signature face therapy-aqua radiance' but the lady performed an 'microderma-abrasion' procedure. The procedure was just not explained to me before walking me into the clinic. I had to call ms. Ruby in between my ongoing treatment to ask her to discontinue as i wasn't liking it nor was feeling comfortable but she straightforwardly refused to do that and i don't understand why! There was no manager in store then. Following day, i started to have itching and irritation, i tried many times reaching the center but to no use. My calls weren't attended or answered well. And this is so my reason of finally writing to you. My whole experience at kaya was a torment. Not only it was a waste of time and money but an additional physical and mental suffering i had to go through because of the procedure. Therefore, i am writing to request you to please refund my hard-earned money; inr 2940.00. I would really appreciate if you could value and respect your customers.

                            Hi tried contacting ur team on phone but i dint receive ur call in 24 hours.. I'm associated with kaya from a long time..in khan market dr hema used to take care.. After my marriage i had to shift to punjabi bagh.. 2 sessions were left in khan market then when i shifted to punjabi bagh took a package for maintainace 4 sessions.. For which i'm attaching u the bill.. I paid by card..in january again as my package was getting expired i took another package of 4 sessions n renew it.. By when i was about to go for laser i was pregnant.. So kaya ppl told that they can't do laser n them my breast feeding.. N my 4 sessions were left i asked swati don't remember the name properly i guess swati was ur manager to write it down she said u ppl hav al d records on computer so last month i also called they said i had 4 sessions left but still i used to breast feed my baby once in 3 days.. Now when i m ready for laser n called to take an appointment they said i'm not associated with them.. Then whole day i searched for my bill then after two years thank god i had one bill.. Then i had my customer code number.. Again i called them up they said they could only c that bill.. It's not my fault if i was pregnant n couldn't take sessions.. I couldn't find my second bill.. Don't understand why kaya as it is such a reputed company has deleted its data.. N what about my 4 sessions kindly take some action.. Is my money wasted.. But just because i was on leave n dint went for laser

                              My wife had bought a life time package in 2005 for which she paid 1 time amount. And today we have been told that this plan was cancelled. They informed that this was conveyed in mass media & social media too.

                              However their own website doesn't talk about it they didnt even bother to send an email about it.

                              This is illegal & criminal behavior and without even having a courtesy to inform about this step.

                              We need an answer about how you can do this? And where is the reimbursements for the one time cost we paid? This is

                                I am an existing client of kaya, noida clinic. But, i am very upset with the services provided by their employees. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction and are unable to manage the appointments. Even after taking a appointment for the regular session, they will let you wait for 1-2 hours only because the rooms are not available as they allot it to new customer, so that he/she can be cheated like others. Once the package is sold, they will not at all entertain you. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from a reputed clinic like kaya is totally unacceptable. And the top management should seriously take some action against the manager of noida clinic of kaya

                                  Well i submitted my complaint here in october, n no action has been taken yet. I hav been constantly calling kaya customer support, writing reviews about my worst experience. Submitted my complaint here in consumer forum too but seems like they are all the same. Nobody really gives a #. Be it the company (Kaya), there cuscomer support or this consumer complaint department here. No body cares

                                    I went to kaya cg road, consulted doctor for my skin problems and i mentioned that i was concerned about the pigmentation and other spots. She sugessted me peels. The manager then came to discuss about package and she talked so nicely that i was convinced to take another package which the manager suggested. I paid for both the packages peels and prp+dermaroller. The sessions started and i told them i was not satisfied with the sessions but they were like it is just your first session, 2nd, 3rd. I was still not satisfied and then they said we can see the skin lightening why not you. I never mentioned that as my concern and even that lightening was for hardly a week. I did not use the second package yet so i asked for money back as i did not trust them now but they refused. So i had no option but to take the package. After the first session of prp and dermaroller my skin became red and it be red for long time. And i could see no rejuvenation or scars fading what they had promised. I consulted doctor again she said it should not become red by prp how has it become red. I am not the one to answer that. I followed what they said and now they can see the results and when i say i am not satisfied they don’t have answer. Still the doctor asked me to take the second session and told it will be better after that and because anyway i had paid money i have no option but to take the session trusting the doctor. And the worse they gave me their creams saying we suggest you using these with your packages for better results which worth thousands of bucks. Even after that session and both the packages of 50000 rs almost i could not see the results worth even 50 rs. They didn’t seem to value the money. From the very first session i told i am not even a bit satisfied they were less bothered and asked me to continue. But it didn’t get any better. And after paying this big amount i am nowhere near even a little better. I am highly disappointed. I want my money back because i know even after telling so many times they could not do any better, they won’t do any after this complaint.

                                      Hi,
                                      I registered for chemical peeling session on 15-sep-2017 and paid 8500 rupees in advance.

                                      After taking 2 sessions, i got a very bad allergic reaction and my face was full of pimples and scars. I notified the team that i would not like to take any more sessions and hence please cancel my services and refund the amount.

                                      I reached out to kaya customer care and told that they can deduct the charges of sessions which i took and refund remaining amount but its been more than 2 months now and they are not responding to my emails/calls.

                                      Request you to please help me with my concern.

                                        I went to kaya clinic in vizag for getting even skin tone nd for clear skin
                                        .. They recommended me to go for chemical peels nd they assured me.. So i got lured by their fake promises nd fell for their bait... After completing two sessions i realised my skin s getting worse wid there products nd i lodged complaint... They plainly said there no policy such as refund nd they asked me to pay for one more package so that they can set it again...
                                        I got devasted nd helpless...
                                        It's one of the most worst clinic that one can ever visit
