I have not yet received my refund. It's past 2 weeks from the date that I have been updated as refund will be processed.
Even after considering bank's processing time I should have got my refund atleast now.
I have emailed customer service team but they never replied.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have emailed all the necessary bank details needed for refund already...
Where is my money?
I want the full money as per the breakdown provided by ur staff...

    I am Lavanya Chennu. I went to Kaya clinic
    In velachery, chennai for laser treatment for upper lip and chin . After 4 sittings, to my shock, I found my lips became black .
    I have consulted dermatologist to get my lips
    Into its original color which luckily worked out.
    Why the hell does Kaya clinic cheat people.
    Now I want all my money back which is 18000.
    i want an additional amount of 20000 for the damage you have done.

      I went for free consultation and i was told to pay 28000 for back and hand peeling. They said it will get clear bt after few sessions the result was nt satisfactory they suggested me to buy one more package for the same price. Very disappointed with the brand called Kaya. Not woth of spending 28000 a huge amount for nothing, no result. I will never ever suggest anyone to go for kaya clinic. I want a good result for whatever amount i have paid

        So basically after raising my compliant Kaya agreed to look into my matter and gave assurance to resolve, but to my surprise on my 3rd visit i was told that you will have pay if in case you want the treatment for what they had done to my face.

        I was told we dont have records for you and we can not make you speak with the dermatologist who was looking into your case nor executive you took the charge to serving me.

        KAYA, you have a good brand name, at least maintain the words that you mark to your loyal customers.
        My face is spoiled and you guys have no humanity to serve and help me.
        Please have a look and be fair enough to pick this case up.

          I am shocked that a clinic where I paid for three treatments each, has shut shop and disappeared without informing its clients. Considering they are overstaffed I want to know how long it takes to inform clients when and if they are going to reopen at all!
          I was told by their customer services to call a nearby clinic for the same facial but they are unwilling to take me on a priority basis as I am not their client or probably because the money has not gone to these franchisee.

          I would request the company repay the amounts as well as compensate me for the trauma caused...

          Someone called me from Kaya clinic offering a refund. But did not follow it up or take my bank details. I certainly would not recommend such fly by night operators and dangerous beauty services to anyone

            I took kaya scar treatment worth around 1.5 lakh Rupees. 4 Scarlett sessions, 3 PRP sessions, and 4 Dermaroller sessions. Initially I had paid for only 3 scarlett and 4 derma roller sessions. After about 3 Scarlett sessions and 1 derma roller, and 2 prp sessions I complained regarding the treatment not working to the doctors. They instead asked me to add another scarlett session with prp for improvement, which I did. That was followed by another 3 derma roller sessions. After all this the change in my scars is absolutely zero. They are the same. I complained to kaya regarding this and the incorrect advice given by their doctors. Kaya lost all my before and after photos too. They responded to my complaint, saying that they can't do anything after all sessions have been given. So basically kaya just gave me a random treatment for a year and charged me heavily for it. I fell for their claims, and therefore all this is my fault !

            This complaint is not resolved !!! I emailed the customer care, but they did not respond. After a long wait, I am forced to report it here. Kaya absolutely does not care about their past customers and their complaints.

              I asked for an oxygen peel facial and full leg/arm wax. The left forearm has been left with a blister(photo attached).And my face has been left with dark skin patches due to the peel being left on for too long. The therapist went to have lunch while I was in the treatment room.When I mentioned the burning sensation in my forearm, I was told it was nothing. But 4 days on I still have the blister. Such appallingly dangerous service Kaya(Hari Om Tower, Ranchi) should be stopped from being allowed to trade. I will not be returning or allowing any of my family/friends to use Kaya. I will spread the word.

                I don't want to continue with your sessions now.
                I called up the branch but they told me about your apparent 'No Refund Policy', and even suggested to transfer it to to someone else, which is not at all helpful.

                  I am a doctor working in Singapore .I went to your Faridabad clinic for Chin laser in Feb.for first two sessions I got the same technician.Third time they gave this work to another technician I requested them also but I came to know there we can't even choose technician after paying money.Secondily on the same day I underwent skin tag removal As a doctor I think so and has been seen by one more dermatologist more skin loss is there in two of tags and it is taking Long time and making ugly scar even after using two types of oral antibiotics and one topical.I am not happy with your hygiene cleaniness and off course by the doctor.I want to have thermage but seeing the condition of my tags, your doctor and poor hygiene no educated person will consider this. At every place in the world u are supposed to choose your doctor and technician except the big KAYA

                    I took the laser session and the staff who was handling the machine gave me some permanent burnt marks and not only this the staff filled the customer feedback form by themselves and rated excellent in each parameters which is unacceptable. I came to kaya to improve my skin instead it got worse. The staff working here is untrained and needs proper training. Worst services ever will not recommend to any of my known.

                      I had paid up for a lifetime lower face laser package years back at the nepeansea road golds gym branch. I had been getting services without any problems there. Then i shifted to worli 4 years back, and started going to atria branch where also i availed some services. At atria i also took new packages for my self and my daughter shyamolie biyani.
                      Unfortunately atria branch also shut down so i contacted peddar road, though at peddar rd i tried the new painless machine treatment for which i paid 3000 instead of my package. Dec 16 i even went to nepeansea rd as i needed urgent treatment and got a session.
                      Now it so happens that these branches cannot find my old lifetime package. How is it so difficult to retriev old documents. Why cannot u check my appointment details, or even the physical document where doctors specify readings?
                      Being such an old client this kind of behaviour is totally unaccepatable. After pursuing for 3 mnths finally a lady called yestrday and said they cannot find!!

                      Request you to retrieve my old life time package of lower face so that i can continue the sessions. How can you expect me to have any bills and anyways i had been taking this service for years without any problems. Immediately they used to find my data and gv an appointment.

                        There was an appointment with dermatologist at kaya clinic at rajouri garden at 3 pm on 12.03.2017. My daughter ms. Nikita dangi with my wife visited the clinic at the scheduled date and time but there we were charged rs. 500/- consultation fee even this was the prior online appointment with coupon code onlinekaya7873497 valid till 11 apr 2017 which entitles the consultation fee as free but we were charged. This is not fare and as a clinic of repute this this type of act is not desirable at all.

                          Hie i did bikny lazer frm kaya kandivali the girl who did my lazer burned my panty line and its d worst nightmare i have ever experienced i ws not able to conduct my duty and was sent back as not legal for the flight.
                          I am still in pain and cannot walk properly this is the worst thing ever happened which is affecting me my job and my daily routine.
                          Kindly note these things and take proper investigation for this careless behaviour as u are representing ur brand and giving this worst nightmare.
                          If the necessary action has not been taken i will take this issue to legal affair.

                            I have sun burns on my face and tans. I went to Kaya thinking that they are one of the leading skin clinics in India. They didn't even do any skin test. The doctor plainly told that I have different shades of skin tone on face and I need to go for chemical peeling followed by derma roller treatment. I have also signed up for Q- Switch packages for face and neck (single package) and for full arms(separate package).
                            Doctor advised me not to take chemical peel and Q- switch laser together. Rather it can be done in a way in which all 6 sessions of peeling will be done once in 2 weeks and after that 4 sessions of q-switch once in 2 weeks or in alternative weeks. One session of peel followed by one session of Q-switch.
                            They also sold few products.
                            After 2 or 3 sessions of chemical peeling, my skin showed no improvement. So doctor advised me not to use the Kaya products and she gave tablets and one cream which is far better than 13000 bugs ka peel treatment. The medicines cost was around 300 bugs only. So I felt peel sessions to be useless.
                            However after that I have completed 5 sessions of peeling and one session of Q-switch only for face and neck.
                            The derma roller package and Q-switch for full arms are completely unused.
                            3 sessions of q-switch for face and neck are unused.
                            I do have the medical prescription provided by the doctor.
                            I want to cancel all the unused packages and get refund. Actually I want complete refund as peels were useless.
                            Customer service is the worst part of Kaya. When they want you to sign up for packages, they keep on calling you saying that offer will end within 1 or 2 days and you won't get the offer soon again and all non-sense they speak.
                            When you want to cancel the package or get any refund, they won't even respond. They will say they will call you back but they never do. I'm really fed up of calling them again and again with no help.
                            Finally I decided to go legally, if they are not helping me even here.
                            Please let me know under which jurisdiction Kaya disputes are subject to. I'm going to sue them.

                              Hello,
                              Myself Miss Tanvi Kadam . I had visited Kaya, Mulund three months back for acne and scars and the main doctor and Miss Asmi Bhatt were handling my case. While the doctor suggested me a package of insta clarity laser and cosmo peels with all the possible details.She also told me about the neecessity and advantages of the package. At first I denied and opted for a regular facial. However after a few days i decided to go for the treatment and met the doctor.
                              The benefits were explained by the doctor and the finances and payment was explained by Miss Asmi bhatt. She told me the total cost of the package which was Rs 23970/- .Later i told hold it is little difficult for me to arrange for such a big amount so she went to the reception and came back to me with the same paper on which she was explaining the bifurcation and said that I had 2000 points which whill get deducted from 23970/- and further she told me that 60% of the amount should be paid before the end of the year which become 13000 as the round figure which is mentioned in the paper. So i paid the 60% amount. After my initial treatment when it was time to pay the balance amount the Manager of the clinic said that i was supposed to pay the full amount without the deduction of 2000. She later said shel confirm with Miss Asmi. Later in my 4th session of peel when i went there Miss Asmi bhatt called me inside the room and said that she did not write anything of such sort and did not speak anything about the 2000 points. I was shocked to hear that since she tried to blame me for writing the 2000 digit on the paper. She said that handwrtiting doesnt match. I tried to explain this the manager of the clinic whos name is Amisha, even she tried to put the blame on me. The 60% amount comes to a round figure of 13000 which is clearly mentioned on the paper, however after giving all sorts of explanation Miss Asmi just did not accept her mistake. I also asked them to pay 50% of the amount and i would be ready to pay 50% . Still they left their customer to suffer. This is purely disappointing, kaya staff blindly denying their mistake and blaming the customer for the same. I have a proof and i demand all my money back right away and see to it that necessary action is taken against Miss Asmi Bhatt .I am personally going to visit the head office to put the complaint and get a refund

                                Taking lower face hair reduction laser treatment since 3 years from Kaya Health clinic pedder Road. Hair growth has increased over this period rather than reducing. Did all external tests also as advised by them, all reports are clear. Their grevience redressed team saw all hair on my face and refused to acknowledge presence of hair and suggest me to keep paying them and taking their service life long. Attached pictures of hair on my face. Doctors, staff all extremely rude and humiliated me.

                                I have already mailed there long back, then spoke to Ashwini who called me post seeing the complaint many times. They day do whatever you want we can't help you. Post that I requested for my own therapy records to investigate the problem in detail. Called 10 times, emailed 5 times. No one bothers to reply or call back.

                                Been a month, but no customer service at all.

                                I have mailed there multiple times, spoken to Ashwini who had called me post my email almost 5 times. Then also mailed her to share me my therapy records and reminded 10 times. Just no response at all.

                                  I visited the louden st. kolkata clinic and was asked to go for acne treatment worth rs 10, 590 for 6 sessions and was assured that my acne will be gone, but 4 sessions done i see no difference at all rather more acnes on my face, i myself am an ADVOCATE and i think i would sue kaya for doing false marketing business and fake promises, i wnt my REFUND or else i will myself fight the case as I am not gonna lose my hard earn money to such insensitive fake marketing institution that is selling their services by makong use of the emotions of the needy ones..

                                    Kaya skin clinic is denying my "lifetime package" saying they cant find the records now! I have been availing their maintenance sessions for quite a few years now and the clinic branch has records of it. Now with the new management and the system getting centralised & computerised they are suddenly denying me the "lifetime package" i had paid for. It clearly looks like a case of human error while the data was being computerised. And somehow i am being harassed for a fault made at their end.
                                    My client no in delhi was : safc04356 (Package originally taken at sec 18 noida clinic. I shifted my branch to safdarjung green park clinic subsequently.)
                                    Later i shifted to mumbai...
                                    Client no here was: malc8351 (Here too i was first going to lokhandwala clinic and subsequently shifted to malad clinic).
                                    It would restore my faith in the company if they solved my problem.

                                    • In the year 2004, I had availed a Lifetime package for laser treatment at your newly opened clinic at Mulund – Nirmal Lifestyle and had paid made a credit card payment for the same
                                    • Some years back I had also received the Hairfree Laser Lifetime Value card no MULC01607
                                    • Post regular sessions, I had moved to once in a couple of sessions per year and was being serviced at the above clinic
                                    • There was no communication regarding re-location of this outlet to a new address in Mulund
                                    • After a long gap and multiple attempts I had finally secured an appointment for the 26th of March 2017 at 10.30 am
                                    • On March 25, 2017, I had confirmed the same vide a call to your Mulund centre and subsequently received a confirmation sms from your end
                                    • On March 26, 2017, I arrived at the clinic in time for my appointment, wherein the clinic manager requested me to be seated for 10 minutes, since they needed to confirm whether they could proceed with my appointment – Why was this confirmation not obtained at the time of 1. Taking the Booking, 2. Giving a telephonic Confirmation, 3. Sending me a confirmation sms. 4. Basically prior to me reaching the clinic for my appointment???
                                    • After waiting for 10-15 minutes, I was informed by the clinic manager, that they would be unable to provide me the services, since there was some amount pending to be paid towards my life time package.
                                    o SERIOUSLY!!! I mean after almost 13 years availing serviced all along, plus purchasing the under arm laser sessions also (fully paid), KAYA realized that there is some amount due to be paid
                                    • Do you think either one or all of the following are FOOLS; the customer, your erstwhile clinic mangers, accounts department or the credit card provider
                                    o Since any undue payments are subjected to due follow ups and reminders/ notifications – and there were none in my case (obviously since there wasn’t any unpaid amount)
                                    o Moreover, I have shared a very cordial relationship with your erstwhile clinic managers, the person who on boarded me, and also the later managers who successfully pitched the under arm laser sessions- Never ever did anyone mention anything regarding any unpaid dues… wonder why
                                    • Please note your clinic staff also raised similar queries to your central team and I was adviced to approach the customer care for a quick resolution (48 hrs was the committed time)
                                    • I left the clinic, completely annoyed and disturbed due to the turn of events, however as a diligent consumer I called the customer care no. [protected] and registered my complaint.
                                    • I was informed by the CC officer that I would get a resolution latest by Tuesday
                                    • Since I did not receive any revert, I followed up by another call on Wednesday and again on Friday- both times I was assured that a call back would be arranged
                                    • However inspite of waiting for over a week now, I am still awaiting a resolution
                                    • This morning I again placed a call at 10.15 am, as expected none of the concerned officials were available to even speak to me, hence the call could not be transferred, I was again assured a call back within 15-20 minutes, however inspite of waiting for over an hour there has been no call back.
                                    • Somehow I am not surprised since it is quite evident that you do not take customer service seriously at all

                                    I wish to put it on record, that I have suffered mental harassment due to this episode. Also this unfair/ unjust demand o[censored]npaid dues due to which I was refused services is being treated as a personal affront. I have indeed never experienced such an unpleasant interaction which left me feeling extremely insulted

                                    Since the whole issue is on account of some technical or accounting glitch at your end, apparently lifetime members are being meted out such horrible treatment, I seek immediate resolution alongwith due compensation.

                                    I'm also going through the exact same situation, the package was fully paid for, the paper forms they had, had all the information documented, they preferred to not update it on their systems, and discarded my form. They have denied me my package now, with all lies around it..
                                    I thought I am alone who suffered by the malpractices of this clinic, didn’t know there are so many cases . My mother and I took lifetime packages in 2005 . Later they denied services to my mother for the same reason that they don’t have any such records. Now they are completely denying and stopping my lifetime package saying that it was valid for certain period only . How can a “lifetime package” where they never mentioned about the validity during selling their package have expiry time. There should be some action against unfair malpractice of this clinic

                                      Product i purchased is not up to the mark as its smell very bad while applying so when i called customer care they are saying we do not have any record as it has been purchased from Lifestyle so you need to contact them they only can do..

                                      what the hell..they are telling me...as a manufacture of the product they are not taking responsibility instead they want to pass on to marketing partners...

                                      I cut the call with statements like I got the answer well i know there will be never a proper solution thanks a lot kaya guys to making fool of your customers.

                                      Just a advice to all kaya lovers that do not purchase the product from kaya as they do not take responsibility.

                                        I booked an appointment on 7th Feb to give it for 19th Feb for 4 pm since I was going out of town.
                                        Called again on 16th Feb to confirm the appointment and to my surprise it was not booked. Then asked to book it for 19th Feb again.

                                        Today is 19th Feb and called again to check the timings and got to know the appointment itself is not there on my name.

                                        This kind of services are provided to people who have already enrolled for a package and for taking money for new package kaya keep running behind people.

                                        If you cannot provide services like only booking an appointment I wonder how this clinic is running. Just to take money from people without proving said services.
